Since 1860, TAG Heuer has been relentlessly pushing the boundaries of precision — born in the Swiss Jura Mountains, forged by an uncompromising pursuit of excellence. Every timepiece is engineered with one purpose: to enhance human potential. From the groundbreaking oscillating pinion patent of 1887 that revolutionized mechanical chronograph precision, to the most Avant-Garde innovations of today, the Maison never stops challenging what is possible. The legendary TAG Heuer Carrera — the ultimate Swiss luxury motorsport watch — is built for those who chase victory with unwavering determination. The iconic TAG Heuer Aquaracer defines the reference in Swiss sport and diving watches, engineered to conquer the unknown. The mythic TAG Heuer Monaco dares to redefine what a Swiss luxury watch can be — bold, disruptive, destined to become legend. And the TAG Heuer Formula 1 channels the raw adrenaline of the racetrack into racing watches built for those who master every second. Every TAG Heuer timepiece is more than an instrument of time. It is a testament to grit, daring ambition, and the drive to surpass our limits. And it all begins in Switzerland.

very kind staff
I made an appointment for 10am, the staff was very kind and I was showed the watch which I was interested in.
The sales person had a good knowledge about the timepiece.
The security was also very kind and helped me out. I was offered a coffee and staff cared a lot.
Would visit this shop again.

Well made watches and I have been…
Well made watches and I have been treated extremely well by store staff, US and Spain, each time I have visited. I contrast that with the way I was treated in the shop of another luxury watchmaker and that service is why I buy Tag. My only interaction with customer service was excellent. I have a Tag Connected watch and asked if rowing could be added to the sport selection. Just over a week after asking I received an message telling me that rowing would be added in a future update. That is how you build customer trust and retain customers.

The TAG Heuer Connected E5 Formula 1…
The TAG Heuer Connected E5 Formula 1 Edition is an underwhelming proposition next to the Apple Watch Ultra 2. At first glance it reads like a novelty, but the novelty wears off fast—by the second Grand Prix it already feels more like a gimmick than a premium daily smartwatch.
Key issues:
Limited iPhone integration: Although it pairs with iPhone, several fitness integrations are incomplete. Support told me only the Move ring might work; that hasn’t been reliable for me.
Poor notification interaction: You can receive alerts, but you can’t meaningfully interact with many app notifications—no approve/pause/delay actions for apps like Ring, Authenticator, Xero, etc.
Restricted watch-face/app customisation: You cannot configure the watch face to prioritise your most-used apps; you’re largely stuck with TAG’s chosen layout and shortcuts.
Flaky built-in features: Basic features such as the torch and wrist gestures are unreliable—lowering your wrist or turning the watch over can accidentally switch the torch off, you also get random freezes and UI can be sluggishness.
F1 features underwhelming: The F1 alert sound is a single short radio effect that quickly becomes annoying. Official F1 weekend info arrives much later than on the Apple Watch (received on Apple app 20–30+ minutes earlier).
Always-on glitches: With always-on mode enabled the F1 watch face can behave oddly—time or the track-second hand may freeze and not resume without changing faces.
Price vs. value: At ~£2,150 it’s hard to justify the cost given these software limitations and lack of app integration.
Bottom line
The TAG Heuer Connected E5 F1 edition looks the part, but software limitations, unreliable features, delayed F1 content, and a thin app/interaction ecosystem make it hard to recommend—especially when you compare it to the Apple Watch Ultra 2. For the price, you’re mostly paying for branding and a themed face rather than a polished smartwatch experience.

Took my Tag watch to the Crystals shop…
Took my Tag watch to the Crystals shop in Vegas for some basic repairs the first week of January. Initial return was due first week of May. Since then have got no customer service as to the status of my watch from the store or clear note from the web site by the end of June. Pointless to buy a supposed premium watch that has taken 6 months and still dont have it back and no proactive customer service from anyone at the Vegas store or Tag themselves. Never will buy a Tag again strictly based on poor customer service with no proactive support for its customers.

Watch Calibre E4 - Very bad application
The watch, Calibre E4, is good but the application is really bad. Unable to pair the watch with an iPhone and the watch delays by 15 minutes even when you put it in automatic time mode. It's really a deplorable application…

An excellent example of customer service
Whilst on a visit to Milton Keynes we decided to have a look around the Tag Heuer store in Beaverbrooks to see what watches were currently available. Whilst there we were greeted by Diana who was a credit to the store as she went above and beyond on her service for us. As we were new to the area she assisted us not only with our enquiries regarding the watches, but also with regards to enhancing our stay in Milton Keynes. Her knowledge not only of the watches, but also of the area was an exemplary example of customer service.
We will definately return when we are in the market for another purchase.

Bad experience with service
Bad experience with service. Initially quote 8-12 weeks for repair than 12, now on 15th week and still not repaired. So much for Swiss punctuality and quality

Great experience in the Harrods Tag Boutique!
I visited the Tag Boutique in Harrods today - exceptional service on every level. Unlike the mens, the choice of watches for women is somewhat limited - come on Tag a few more for us ladies please! However having looked at a lot of watches over the last couple of months I found something different which I loved - Formula 1 Limited Edition - sporty, beautifully designed with diamond digits, good size, loved the satin finish bracelet and a great colour. I would highly recommend this unique, fabulous shopping experience.

£2000 Tag Heuer golf watch not fit for purpose!…
I spent over £2000 on a Tag Heuer connected golf watch . The watch stopped connecting to my apple watch 6 weeks ago , following their latest IOS update . Tag have still not been able to tell me when it will work again. How can they sell a golf watch that is no longer fit for purpose?

I purchased a TAG Heuer Connected E5…
I purchased a TAG Heuer Connected E5 from the Oxford Street boutique in London. Unfortunately, the watch developed a fault, which was later confirmed by the manager at another TAG Heuer store in London.
When I took the watch back to the Oxford Street branch for service, I was disappointed by the attitude of the store manager. The interaction felt rather rude and made me feel as though the issue was somehow my fault, despite the defect already having been acknowledged elsewhere.
I am still experiencing software problems with the watch, and I have been advised that, if the fault is confirmed again, the repair process could take up to six weeks. For a premium watch at this price point, such a lengthy turnaround and the lack of empathy shown are unacceptable.
I expected far better customer service from a luxury brand like TAG Heuer. While defects can happen with any product, how they are handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed and surprised by the level of after-sales support provided.

I bought a Tag Heuer formula 1…
I bought a Tag Heuer formula 1 smartwatch. The battery life is woeful. I am constantly charging the watch daily. If I use it in conjunction with a workout, the worst battery life was 11 hours. Worse watch i have ever bought

Extremely disappointing experience at TAG Heuer NYC.
Extremely disappointing experience at TAG Heuer NYC.
I came in to have my wife’s watch serviced, and from the moment I explained why I was there, the employee’s attitude changed. He was dismissive, rude, and made me feel like my visit was an inconvenience because I wasn’t there to make a major purchase.
That kind of treatment is unacceptable from any retailer, but especially from a luxury brand like TAG Heuer. I have owned and worn TAG Heuer watches for over 20 years, and I expected the service experience to match the quality and reputation of the watches. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and undervalued as a longtime customer.
Luxury is not only about the product. It is also about how customers are treated after the sale. Based on this experience, TAG Heuer NYC failed badly.
