Very happy
My first visit went great — Ms. Toni Liu helped me choose the perfect watch style and allowed me to try on every model I was interested in. She was very patient, understanding, and kind. Thanks to her excellent service, I decided to return to the store a few days later to complete the purchase.
Unfortunately, she was not there during my second visit, but Aryan assisted us instead. He was incredibly friendly and professional, even though I still couldn’t decide which model to buy in the end. We truly felt treated like VIP customers.
I highly recommend this store to everyone — both the prices and the customer service are absolutely 10/10!

Unbelievable poor customer service. Whao wants to pay $4k for a watch that still hasn't worked for over a year as a gift?
On 01/30/2025, I purchased a men's TAG watch at a luxury hotel small gift shop for my husband who had recently been involved in a terrible accident giving him short-term memory loss. He needed a watch with the day/date. It was not the proper place to buy it, bc the store carried few luxury items and had only 2 for him to choose from. He had not gone shopping for a TAG, but though it would suffice. He returned many times during our stay trying to decide bw the two bc hgis limited brain damage made it difficult to remember. He suggested I buy one also. I have a ROLEX, but to make him happy--I ended up spending over 10K on the 2 TAGS. While I was checking out and waiting a lemgthy time to get my card to approve a large purchase, he kept telling the salespersons in the other part of the store his watch hands were jumping/skipping; ignored. I did not notice this, only the staff were not totally assured about setting the watches as a TAG retailer. The next day, a Sunday, he asked what time do you have? My watch isn't keeping time. I said --well, we must check out and travel more than three hours. The small store doessn't open till 11 am. I guess I will call them; I though surely they had done something wrong in setting it. This started what now is the first of May, 2026--and he has had no bday watch. It has never worked a SINGLE DAY. It gets ugly and hurtful. I called the store Monday, and the first lady laughed and said I remember him--he had shared his story of injury. He is brain-injured, not brain-dead. He still played cards at the casino. In tears, I hung up. I was able to reach the salesperson who sold it to us and he said he may have done something wrong, "try this.". It didn't work. They didn't offer any resolution, and we were very busy with his health, so we traveled the 3 hours again in a few months. The store said let us keep it overnight and had the audacity to text me in the casino, "your watch does not keep time." Yes, that we knew. Bf we returned to the store they had boxed it to send to TAG. There is a legal term, most know, implied warranty of merchantability. The toaster is supposed to toast when you walk out the door. Who wants a brand new watch taken apart? They said someone there could refund but never produced such person. In October of 2025, now 10 months after the bday purchase, we received it back from the Master at TAG--with quote, missing parts, loose screws, something wrong with the winding mechanism, and it could have been magnetized in the stored. My husband excitedly put it on, and a while later, asked those words--"what time is it?" The watch had been taken apart, and it DID NOT WORK. i TEXTED THE STORE and some managers and received a text that we could have a complete refund and a night's stay to offset another trip. But one day bf coming they called and said TAG would not buy it back from them, so TAG wanted to service it AGAIN--take it apart a second time and hung up. We had to arrange to get it to TAG. Then we got all kinds of crazy questions that only the Master or the original salesperson would know and that it HAD MISSING SCREWS. But presto, a few days later, after we couldn't give an exact amount of time it took to start losing time, it was all ready to be shipped back. Now, never having the enjoyment since the purchase in January 30, 2025, and having traveled to TAG and back with still existing loose parts, who would have the confidence to want to own this timepiece known for precision the last few months of its warranty? TAG will not accept they made a lemon and that it was quite oxymoronic when I wrote in that one of their reps listed the steps I should take starting with you have a strong implied warranty of merchantability, contact the BBB, Consumer Affairs, and the Federal Disabilities since the store had a big laugh re my husband's memory loss, the Attorney General, and finally, get a good lawyer--all from customer support at TAG. Incidentally, my husband is the proud owner of a beautiful watch that keeps precise time during all this emotional duress with TAG. Somehow, he thought it was his fault bc of his injury, that we never should have shopped at such a small shop. there is no telling how long the watch had been there. My band broke in less than a year. That is the saddest part. I neglect to get my watches serviced; his has been service two times in one year and he still hasn't worn it in working order. It has been at TAG, the top of our closet, or the retailer. Be careful. He was a Captain of a Maritime Vessel for 50 years and though he read TAG markets and prides itself on precision, he said he would have had many a catastrophe with that timepiece. First, they have to make something that runs bf they can concentrate on precision. The January 2026 bday was totally skipped bc TAG was still repairing. a brand-new watch--neither of us want. It gives you this sick feeling in your stomach.

Never ever Tag Heuer again
I ordered 2 watches from you a month and a half ago and I have not received them. The courier claims they tried to deliver, but they did not. I also have not received my money back, because the watches that were never delivered are being returned very slowly by the incompetent courier service, which is not my fault. Your company is still holding onto my money. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS, and I have not even received any solution or proper response.

Head office customer service helped out on a issue
Update: May 7th 2026
I recently purchased a TAG Heuer Connected 5 F1 edition watch. I would like to say the product is great for the features, but I know the depreciation will be a lot due to being a smartwatch. I had a small issue with packaging, but Maria from the TAG Heuer Customer Care team responded appropriately and resolved the issue.
I look forward to purchasing more TAG products in the future.

Faulty Movement
I bought a tag red bull racing edition..
About four year ago maybe less.
I love the look of my watch but I won't be buying from tag again.
If you base it on 4 years which is too long ive had the watch on maybe once a week if we say 48 to 50 times..ive had 2 new batteries thats OK but recently found that the movement is broken..a guilty ronda movement im told and its already broken...not great quality really id stay away from purchasing 2 k watches when this happens.

What happened to customer service
I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience as a customer.
I own a TAG Heuer Connected watch and am now on my third device due to repeated failures. On two previous occasions, I sent my watches in for repair, but each time I was told that parts were unavailable and was instead issued a replacement watch, which I paid for.
Most recently, my current watch has been sent in for repair after the dial became detached—something I’m told was caused by an impact. Once again, I’ve been informed that parts are unavailable. This time, however, rather than replacing the watch, I’ve been offered just £180 as a part-exchange toward a new watch at full recommended retail price.
Given the history of faults and the lack of consistent support, I find this outcome both unreasonable and disappointing. (I doubt very much that they care)

Was brought a Tag Heuer Connected E5
Was brought a Tag Heuer Connected E5, have had an Apple Watch for some years so thought it would be nice change. Sadly not impressed, already sent back as it kept disconnecting (received watch end of December sent back January) they said they had done an update and it seems to be ok now, shame it took so long though for this to be done. I was without watch for several weeks. Now the battery, they say can last unto 24hrs, it doesn't. I don't do workouts with it, I do walks but n nothing that should run the battery down quickly, the longest it has lasted is 12hrs. The Apple Watches last a lot long and could be worn during night to track sleep pattern etc, but this would only work if I recharged it up before bed time. Considering the money you pay, you really are just paying for the name Tag Heuer and not the quality sadly.
Now literally days after writing this, I had my watch on from 8.30am wasn't doing that much being a weekend and my watch ran out at 6.23pm so now just under 10 hrs it lasted, getting worse. Would like to speak to someone about this if they want to chat from TAG Heuer

TAGs are disposable
I had a vintage (2000s era) TAG Heuer Monaco sent to TAG for service. Despite being immaculate on the exterior and having only recently stopped running they have determined that in order to service it, a replacement dial is required. They don’t have the dial in stock nor any viable alternatives. Nor do they seem willing to repair rather than replace the dial.
They’ve sent the watch back and are completely disinterested in getting the watch working again.
If you think a luxury watch is a lifetime purchase, then don’t buy a TAG. They’ll wash their hands of it relatively early in its life.
I have older Omega watches that I have had no problem having serviced and sourcing replacement parts as required.
Update in light of TAG’s response. I got in touch with their customer care team who were thoroughly unhelpful. They have confirmed that they have no interest in getting my watch working again. My original point about avoiding the brand due to longevity concerns remains valid.
TAG have my contact details and are welcome to get in touch if they have reconsidered.

Incredible Experience and Expertise
Mariana out of the Cabazon location is absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend anyone on the fence about purchasing a TAG Heuer piece to visit this location and speak with her. Her knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire process was incredible. I will be back to purchase many more watches from her in the future. I’m not one to typically leave reviews, but after my experience today, I felt it was a must. The quality of these watches are amazing, especially for every day wear. A staple in my wardrobe. I’m beyond impressed and content with my purchase.
