I had an initial issue with payment via the system, but I got in touch and the customer service was excellent and I promptly received the items I had wanted to purchase. The items themselves were great quality, which have been used many times since the purchase.

The only feedback point I have is, could you do any items with extra length to help fit better for the taller rotund angler?

I got the rod reel combo and was excited to try it out. It was pretty good, as I'm trying to re-learn how to throw a baitcaster after 30 years. On my first outing with it, my son broke off the tip of the rod by slamming it in the car door. I emailed support and asked them how much would it cost for them to send me the part of the rod that broke off.
They sent me a new rod! Thank you Tailored Tackle!

I haven’t fished since I was a kid. After researching on the web I ordered from Tailored Tackle. The rod and reel was top quality. The tackle kit came with a ton of stuff as well as great instructional guides. The website has helpful info and videos. After I realized I ordered the wrong line, I reached out and Ed comped me the correct line. I highly recommend these guys!

There was a slight problem with the reel. I contacted the company and the sent a replacement reel quickly. I could not be happier with the product or the incredible customer service. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

You have excellent products and customer service. I will definitely order my fishing tackle from Tailored Tackle in the future. I love the informational booklets that come with the tackle with fishing advice and tips.

They have a simple website, great info about products and practices, easy to order and quality products. This was my first time ordering, kinda stumbled upon them and would recommend them to anyone.

the merchandised is listed for beginners. But for only $35 its a great purchase. This box is full of hooks and lures for surf fishing. Purchasing this assortment has saved me a considerable amount of money. Have yet to purchase anything from tailored tackle but i'll be shopping at there website regularly.

Thought it wood be better for the $ could have made my self for half the price

I had never used a Bait Casting rod/reel before, so I did some research and found Tailored Tackle. I decided to purchase the Bass Fishing Rod Reel Baitcasting Combo 7 Ft 2 -Piece | Casting Rods Power: Med. Heavy Fast Action | 7 BB Baitcast Gear Ratio - 6.3:1 | Baitcaster Pole in part because of their reviews, their company story/history, and the fact it came with a Bait Casting Guide/Handbook. I received the rod/reel (LOVE IT) but the Guide wasn't in the box. I let them know via the 'contact us' page on their website and less than 24 hours later Ed (the owner no less) emailed me personally to let me know he shipped the Guide AND he attached a pdf so I had it immediately. This is AMAZING service and it's clear Ed wants each and every customer to feel special! Well done, and you all have a new, lifelong customer!!

Package was delivered quickly. Everything was good with the product.

Great product, love supporting companies other than the big box brands, and the price was right too! Learned a lot from the Tailored Tackle podcast and videos, and was sad when they stopped producing them.

Defective line. Not happy with the 30lb braid line. Snapped 3 times while casting. I’m going to have to buy quality US made line and replace the purchase.

I purchased the walleye kit, and it was great! . the booklet about fishing for walleye was very helpful, thanks for making my fishing days better.
