Charlatans and Liar

Charlatans, swindlers, and dishonest to boot. Avoid them !

Your response is legally incorrect.

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the risk remains with the seller until the goods are delivered to the customer. This means that any damage during transport is your responsibility, not the courier’s and not the customer’s.

You cannot impose a partial refund instead of offering a proper solution. In case of damaged goods, I am legally entitled to either:

* a full refund,
* a replacement,
* or a return at your expense.

Stating that the courier is responsible is irrelevant from a consumer perspective. It is your responsibility to handle claims with the carrier, not mine.

Also, the fact that the order was placed by another person does not change your obligation to deliver goods in proper condition.

Offering €15 compensation on a €32 damaged product is not compliant with EU consumer protection law.

This is not about the missing €17.98. I never even asked for that money back.

This is about ethics and responsibility. A professional company should stand behind its deliveries and handle issues properly instead of minimizing them with partial compensation and shifting responsibility.

Actually, it's good that you are mentioning the rules; we actually provide the return label if the product needs to be sent back to us. If not, we are providing the refund, as in this case. And, as we mentioned, we were still contacting the person who placed the order. And he agreed to the refund.

Actually, we could go through the whole process of transport damage, which is taken by the courier company, not by us, takes a lot of time. As it was, in fact, transport damage. In this case, we took responsibility for the packaging that could be improved and offered a refund immediately, without hesitation, for our customer's convenience.

We are very sorry about the situation. The balls' packaging was indeed torn during shipping, and some of the balls fell out of the package. We contacted the ordering party and agreed that a refund of €15 would be appropriate. Then, two weeks later, we received a message and ratings from someone who is in no way connected to the order, neither the ordering party nor the recipient.

The matter has been resolved on our end, and we can reopen it only upon contact from the person who placed the order.

Buggy website and terrible customer service

They did eventually resolve the issue and refunded the extra shipping costs, but it should not have taken a bad review, 3 weeks and 15 emails to get to this point.

TLDR: Service is bad, so when something goes wrong don't expect them to resolve it in a customer friendly manner, I'd advice avoiding them.

When ordering something I selected a cheaper shipping method, because this is apparently not compatible with paypal, the system quietly changed my shipping method to UPS, without telling me anywhere that this happened, this also increased the order costs by around 10 euros.
So while I was charged the "correct" amount, it ended up being more than I initially selected because of that changed shipping method.
This whole situation feels very scammy, even though it is probably just a bug.

Once I found this out I contacted support, but they have not really offered any resolution, nor do they even really admit any fault.

Combining this with previous experiences I've had where they shipped defective items missing parts, which they also didn't resolve in a very customer friendly manner, I would very much not recommend buying things from them.

Good store

During luna sale ,mad prices .
And found enough to buy, ubs delivery was longer then i expected (could be because of the the sale). Working time store are good and fast..
Products are of very good quality, and omg the magazines are really Cheap in comparison to the store i bought prior my stuff.

I had a negative experience…

I had a negative experience communicating with the store's support team.
I have placed about 100 orders with this store and have never had any problems with the quality of the goods or the completeness of the order, etc.
Last month, as usual, I placed an order with UPS delivery (a separate complaint about this delivery, but others are even worse), but they were unable to deliver it to the pickup point (although they always delivered before, because I have automatic redirection to the pickup point, since these “special” people arrive during working hours when everyone is at work).
During the storage period, I went to the parcel delivery point three times and tried to find it there, but it wasn't there, contrary to the information displayed on the website.

After a while, I received a notification that it had been returned to the store.
I wrote to the store and explained the whole situation in detail, but the support employee went into “I don't know anything, it's your fault, you owe 50 euros” mode for redelivery. I tried many times to explain that it wasn't my fault, but he wouldn't listen.
They sent me the details for the redelivery payment, but I didn't have time to deal with it because I was busy at work, so they just refunded me for the item.

After a while, I went to the UPS main warehouse to ask for an explanation of why this had happened, and they explained that the store had blocked the possibility of redirecting parcels and that it was actually stored in their warehouse and not at the delivery point (and this warehouse is 20 minutes away from me by car).

After this situation, I can characterize the store as follows

Product compliance - 5/5
Availability - 5/5
Attitude towards customers - they don't care about you

Actually, you were right once when communicating with our customer service. That one time was when you wrote: it is the fault of the delivery company.

You were asked to pay because we were charged by the courier for your parcel that was not delivered to you and was sent back to us. And it's not like you said that we didn't care. We were mailing about it for quite some time, and we were trying to find the right solution. We asked you to pay for resending the parcel, not the whole charge for the parcel to be sent back to us, and resend it to you. When you didn't pay for resending the parcel, we reimbursed you for your order, deducting half of the courier company's charge for sending your parcel back to us.

And you took your time to insult our customer service.

Horrible customer service

Order an Airsoft replica pistol and the inner barrel had scratches on the inside. Contacted customer service only to be met with “I don’t see anything” the pictures were clear and anyone could see it from the photo.
