My experience with TCA was blessed. I had a financial crisis and I needed help through it. I hope that if one finds oneself in a financial crisis, as I did, TCA is top of mind because they will advise you on best steps through and will negotiate with creditors in order to pay at an interest rate that is as fair as they can get for you. Easy and smooth way to steadily get myself out of debt.

I was in a financial bind and reached out to Take Charge America. They didn't judge me or try to get rich from me. They negotiated for me and got manageable monthly payments setup between me and the company. I tried to negotiate with the company myself and was not successful.
In less than a year with auto-draft payments my credit card debt of thousands of dollars was taken care of and paid off. they have help ease my mine, they help you understand the program and what is expected from you. you can call in with questions even when you are in the program and they are very friendly. plus they have other programs to help you manage your financial in the future .

Sometimes the payment doesn’t cover the consolidated bills on time. It gives me anxiety when I get a notification that one or more of the bills weren’t received on time. Besides that, no complaints. Can’t wait for them to be paid off.
