Really disappointed and frustrated with my new card machine, I attempted multiple times to reboot the terminal, but no success.

So I contacted Takepaymence and fortunately for me I got through to Nadine.

Nadine was so helpful and had such much knowledge about the terminal.

She ran a diagnostic on the terminal multiple times and had endless patience with me, me not being very confident with what I was doing but she talked me through every step.

In the end, she decided to send a new replacement terminal.

After talking to Nadine, all my issues were resolved.
Should be six stars!

All new to using card machines. Adam Saeed guided me through the set up process with ease. Very simple to use device (A920 pro) with very good transactional costs.
So far, so good. If the rest of the company is as good as the sales and support team, I'm sure everything will be just as brilliant.

Very helpful customer service. I was having technical issues (my fault entirely as not very good with Tech!) Contacted TakePayments, Got through immediately and problem sorted instantly.

Our company has been with Take Payments for a number of years now. We are very pleased with their service and if you require any help they are always available to speak to and you get an actual person. I was missing an invoice there and got through to Sherry within seconds, who was able to email me the invoice straight away and waited on the call to ensure I had received.
