My girlfriend and I had our offer accepted 8 months ago and were recommended talbots by our mortgage advisors, our solicitor was shaye from the Telford branch and why an absolute fresh of breath air it has been to have her and her team complete our purchase for us! We had a major defect in the small print of the deeds which was picked up by shaye which would’ve cost us thousands and thousands in the future! Shaye has extremely high attention to detail and nothing was left unanswered through her we couldn’t ask better quality when it comes to buying our first home. Highly recommend talbots and if you get assigned shaye and her team then thats an even better bonus.

Currently in the middle of selling our home, estate agent said we had to use these solicitors as in the terms and conditions, we have a buyer for 6 weeks , I have emailed and rang these solicitors ample amount of times with one missed call due to work hours, which I detailed when I was free in an email , no paperwork or correspondence, emailed forms to fill in , in which we needed help with , can’t go no further unless we pay a fee of £180.00 , so I have emailed to say we are using another solicitor as the buyer and ourselves are so frustrated, still no response, so we won’t be paying an exit fee or anything else as nothing has we have had no communication

Andrea Nailor and her team were really responsive, and the communication was excellent. There was always someone available to deal with queries. Managed to complete on an auction property a week earlier than expected, so we're now cracking on with the renovation!

If I could give six stars I would. Aryan at Talbots Law is, quite simply, the best solicitor I have ever dealt with and I would recommend him without a single hesitation to anyone buying or selling a property.

Our sale was a nightmare. A leasehold with a deed of variation requirement, a buyer's lender who wouldn't accept indemnity insurance, an unresponsive freeholder, third parties who needed chasing at every turn, and a completion deadline that had very real financial consequences if we missed it. At various points it felt like the whole thing was going to fall apart due to the other side's solicitor being beyond inept. Aryan never once made me feel that way.

He was responsive at every stage, often getting back to me faster than I had any right to expect. He was calm when I wasn't. He was proactive when others weren't. He communicated clearly and honestly throughout, never fobbing me off with vague reassurances, always giving me the actual picture and a plan to deal with it. When things escalated he handled pressure from multiple parties simultaneously and never dropped the ball once.

The transaction required real skill, real tenacity, and genuine care for his client. Aryan delivered all three in abundance. We exchanged contracts today and I have no doubt that without his hard work and persistence we simply would not have got here.
