A great business - I've been purchasing kit from Paul for years, excellent / knowledgeable service and competitive prices. I've recommended to others over the years and they've all had similar positive experiences.

Placed order for Helmet Order No. 70992. No reply, no communication. No one answering calls. Doubt if they serious about business. Payment gone out of account. No reply to messages or voice notes left. Poor Service 😔😔😔😔😔 Wont Recommend.

bought a youth bat here. price was excellent and included free knocking service. bat came very quickly (within a week) and when we opened up the box, they had actually upgraded us to better bat (same general model), so that was a super surprise. my son really loves it. thank you!

Great to deal with. I purchased a Gray Nicolls bat and took the option of the knocking-in offered. Bat arrived in good time and well prepare. Staff are knowledgeable and took the trouble to answer all my questions. They are interested in seeing you get the right equipment to suit your budget and playing level. Very good options and stock. Great professional service will defo be my number one cricket shop for supplies. Extremely competitive prices and good offers/ discounts. 1000% Highly recommended to pay a visit. Only criticism website prices are not the same is in store?

Have ordered 3x from this company now and they are so good I just had to review. Superb assistance from Paul prior to order, and very speedy order (I needed a new bat asap, pre-knocked in): item ordered at the weekend, and delivered, knocked-in by the following Friday. They also upgraded the bat for free!...astonishing. Superb email support on enquiry pre-order also. Returns (ordered two different sized pairs of boots...returned one pair once tried for size) also terrifically easy and promptly refunded.

Excellent service even on a busy Saturday morning. We had no idea what bat to buy our teenage son. They went through our options and explained why they had picked out the 4 they had for him to choose from. They gave us space to make our decision whilst also popping back when we had questions. Neurotic, anally-retentive staff still obsessed with face nappies to the total detriment of customer service. More likely to catch something disgusting from their scruffy, unswept and chaotic premises than from a proper cricketer. Pathetic.
