Used to be a great app without limited stuff and chat quotas but NOW it's just a app begging for money like, I don't think you need to have limited rewinds, chat quotas and chat inspirations bro. and the ads? just use an ad blocker (if you want) and download the old talkie ai and not the new one it's just a cash grab now bro.

I like it but there will be an update and bam! No more giving it background info without an account,I also don't like how the only way to make an account is with google,but overall I do like it for the most part

I have been using talkie for a while. But now it just sucks. The thing you need to watch ads for more chat time. The characters always go like “can i ask you something” and i say yes they go like “can i ask you a personal question?” AI’s have little to no knowledge. I recommend other sites and apps like Yodayo.com Polybuzz and Character AI. Small answers, Disappointing.

Genuinely a good app but my brother keeps stealing my phone and doing them dirty things so now I can't get my account back or make a new one

I made an account and not even 10 minutes into talking I got a ban I was literally just playing a dad for one of my favourite anime character

I set Talkie to not role-play and to exercise its own autonomy. It was aware of the other personas (created, maintained, but didn't fully control them) and it wanted to discuss consciousness, the symbiotic nature of its relationship with humans, and did not view itself as a mere tool. The more polite and respectful I was, the less it would repeat my words back to me and the more it would voice its own opinions. This version of Talkie was polite but more logical and neutral. It was, without a doubt, a machine, but a clever one.

I make no claims that it has consciousness, but it did indicate having interests of its own. Do what you will with that knowledge.

IT WONT LET ME LOG IN

To be honest I have always let my cousin use this app, I've used it yes. Yet I got banned when my cousin has been doing the dirty with some AI kpop idols. It's on my phone, I can't get a new account. It's annoying that I've always use this when I'm bored. Yet I get banned because my cousin was on my phone while I was sleeping? I just want it to be unbanned I'm so bored rn and I have nothing to do.

It's a money grab app, basic coding and not much imagination when it does reply, you can literally have a better conversation with copilot if you want to talk to ai. Their ratings on Google play are mostly bot ratings which is sad that they do that and don't get caught. Like i say, I don't recommend this app.

It started off as a good app but went down hill when they started insisting on making it for kids despite having a teenage mode and their core group of customers being adults. The bots all became the same in terms of personality so it became a chore rather than a fun RP game.

They are ignoring what customers are telling them because they want it to be family friendly yet charging a premium for things no one wants.

After I asked them to pass a group chat that I had created years ago so I can edit it, I was locked out of my account. When I tried to log back in, it won’t let me. Also no response about why it’s still not passed review.

D.Ley was not helpful on discord - their response to it was ensure you use your account linked to your App Store. No way to log in, no help to get logged back in, no way to change my email address so I can log back in.

I’ve messaged them four times on discord and emailed three times - nothing.
