Incredible service from lovely humans

This is an unprompted review after a wonderful experience dealing with this company. We have one of their great little micro-speak voice recorders. Four years in and well past its warranty, it stopped working for some reason and I wanted to access and keep the recordings inside it. Louise and Brian went above and beyond to help - they took it in, got the recordings out and even unloaded them into a newer version of the recorder which they sent as a free replacement even though it was out of warranty, keeping me updated with calls at every step. Absolutely brilliant, thank you.

Lovely company to deal with.

Lovely company to deal with and outstanding customer service. I was having problems with a product, which turned out to be entirely my own fault, but Louise and Brian did everything they could to get things up and running; including emailing at weekend. Recommended.
