Do not sign up
They sent me a text to say my last bill hadn't been paid. I got so stressed out because they would cut my service off. They won't set up a direct debit because my memory is awful and that way I know it's been paid.
I had to call to ask about the message and was told the bill was paid and the message is for the next bill which isn't even due yet.
I have bad anxiety and things like this trigger panic attacks.
I don't understand why they are refusing to set up a direct debit so I don't have to worry about it.
Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I asked why they won't set up a direct debit and all I get is "we understand you're frustration"
That's not an answer.
I can't have this much anxiety about my phone. I need to have service all the time because of the amount of panic attacks I have and sometimes I need to call someone for help. I can't be having a panic attack and not being able to contact anyone.
