No overseas service and no chat now service either
They have been good so far but I am overseas, my phone won't connect to any service despite their website saying all accounts automatically have roaming activated and their chat now function is NEVER available (I have checked during the opening hours over and over again for days). I don't want to pay for internet calling services, which is on me as no overseas service isn't the end of the world. If I can't call (due to no phone service) and the chat isn't available, how do I get in touch?!Leave a review is all I've got left.
Edit: I used two different browsers on two different phones repeatedly to try to get the Chat Now function but neither worked. I have now used a third browser and that didn't work either. This is now causing me significant issues with trying to make sure everything is in place to return home from my trip. I can't authenticate ANYTHING without receiving texts, including logging into my Talk Mobile account. It is useless to be unable to use the chat now function from overseas or to have no alternative option like WhatsApp messages to authenticate logging into my account.

Had no idea upgrades were possible and switched from 7GB to 70GB data plan for an extra £1.45 or something like per month on a 12 month contract. Very easy. Saved me from doing boosters!

Although I’ve been on the phone most of the day trying to sort out an e sim for my son I spoke to Paul who was the most helpful person ever. We struggled so much with it but he was adamant he was getting this sorted for me. I just felt I had to post a positive comment as the Agents get a bad rep from customers sometimes. He rang me back twice to see if I had got sorted. Customer service is very good. 😊
