I have been sending funds to Uganda
I have been sending funds to Uganda. I have 2 families I help support. One lives in Kampala and is able to collect their funds. With the recent changes, I can no longer send funds to the other family in Masindi. I'm very disappointed. They are poor. Is it possible you could make a way to send funds to people in Masindi? Transfer inexplicable delayed
The money used to be delivered instantly. But all of a sudden there's a hick-up with no satisfying explanation on either the sending or the receiving party.
On Februari 20th they had a good exchange rate. 10 days later, it's the same as Western Union
