Having been with another company for years but more recently poor customer service, we took the decision to move to TalkTech around 6 months ago. Since then they have been nothing but professional and really helped us improve our telecoms with voip and installing a super fast leased line for our business. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company elsewhere.

The whole process was very efficiently handled and well supported.

We were a client for over 10 years but when we wanted to move companies they became very unhelpful and even though we gave them two months notice, they insisted on charging us another years "maintenance " .

I would not recommend this company to anyone !

They look after our phone system & broadband, and they are there every step of the way, nothing is too much trouble! I also love our dedicated account manager which in my experience you don't in most businesses & each time we refer a business we get £100 in credit, so whats not to love!

We have been working with Talking Technology for many years now and have always found them to be responsive and knowledgeable, whenever we have experienced any technical issues. They are always happy to help with the small set up changes that are inevitably needed and nothing ever seems too much trouble. Great Company supplied us with a leased line with Gamma had no issues and well informed on the progress would reccomend with your office phone systems and internet services without a doubt!.

We're a very low tech office, and Talking Technology made the transition to internet phones seamless. We were kept advised all along, and everyone has been super patient with us! And we're saving a fortune on our previous telephone bills with BT.
