Talk Uk Telecom has been our mobiles provider for years, after we moved over from one of the 'Big Boys'. The first thing we noticed is the service - it's fantastic, friendly and informative.
A couple of years ago, we were getting really fed-up with our, then, ISDN and phone system provider, and had a discussion with Account Manager Sav at Talk UK, who's handled our account for years.
The result was, we had new SOGEA lines installed, along with new wi-fi phones, which work really well in our studio. The one area I was apprehensive about was call quality, as I know some companies cut the bandwidth down to make more profit. I needn't have worried, the call quality is truly superb.
Apart from the superior service, and better products, our telecoms bill was slashed from over £700 per month to under £200 per month, and that INCLUDES mobiles. Amazing, a substantial saving on our costs.
Sav and the team are down to earth and not always trying to upsell when you speak to them. Plus there is also a simple interface to allow you to directly check invoices, call reports etc online.
I would recommend the Talk Uk services and team, and in particular, Sav, in a heartbeat.

I have worked with Sav for many years, he has helped me out endless amounts of times at very short notice. When I need something it's done within 24 hours (devices and numbers). When your up to your eye balls in work / what ever you do he's the man to get your telecoms sorted,

They have loaned us equipment throughout the rebuild of our training ground, free of charge with pay monthly 5G sims with 5G routers where we only paid for the data we used. This saved us from having to get Wi-Fi routed to temporary cabins we were working out of for the 4 months of re-construction.
They deal with our enquiries quickly and efficiently and we often get our equipment next day guaranteed, with monthly reports on our usage for our cost management.
Highly recommend, 10/10. No issues whatsoever. Big props to Gareth, Nikki and Justine.

I have been in contact with Talk UK since January 2021 and ever since then we have had a very prompt and customer friendly service from them. Their customer service team have always been able to answer any of our queries and been able to provide us with whatever telecoms equipment we need whenever we need it. We have mainly dealt with Nikki and Justine and they have both been brilliant with anything that we have asked of them!

If you are considering this company please read this and the other reviews first. they are an absolute nightmare company! we signed a 3 years deal with them at a set rate of £50 p/month. we then discover we dont pay them, we have to pay ANOTHER company called plan £80, and TALK UK then pay us back the £25.
sound complicated and stupid right?! well its worse as you have top chase them every month to pay you as they have no system for it and the contract for the discount turned out to be 24 months so the last 12 months we paid significantly more than we expected. the whole time you are constantly having to call them and deal with them which is draining to say the least. we switched to BT and got better phones quicker broadband at half the price.
Ring you up when you are on the telephone preference service and say they can "save you 30 or 40%" without knowing what you currently pay! How they can calculate this beats me.......... Think about it and smell the b***s**t!
This company is an absolute s**t show.
• Old phones at a premuim price.
• You can never get hold of them.
• They do not support if there is an issue.
• They cannot solve basic business issues, and have • NO can do approach.
• No scalable solution, if a new employee starts, they cant join the contract.
• Staff have been rude and fall back on a catalogue of excuses.
Just dont bother, move on, find someone else.
