charged for something I never ordered

I received what I ordered, but I was also charged for something I did not order. When I contact customer service I am told the money has been returned to your account to check with my bank, but the money has never showed up. And I also was looking at other reviews and saw where I was on a monthly recurring charge for membership which I did not sign up for. Thank goodness I found out and cancelled it. I will never purchase from Tamora again.

Check your credit card for “subscription”fees

The product is good. Shipping is not quick. Somehow a $39.99 VIP membership subscription was added about 2 weeks after my initial purchase. Same thing happened to a friend who also purchased from the site. She says they refunded her $ and “cancelled” the membership. I have sent them a note on their website and hope they will do the same for me.
