Long wait but good experience
Easy to use website but it does not give you an indication of the item is in stock. Its a minimum of 7 days if not in stock. My items took 3 weeks to arrive and although they say you will be notified on there dispatch I washing not. I wanted to add another part to my order a week later which I could not do but they did refund the postage for the extra order and were helpful over the phone. Be prepared to wait for you parts but the service on the phone and ordering experience were good. all the items were mint and and genuine tanaka parts

Ordered items fine
Ordered items fine, but did take 2 weeks to arrive. Luckily I managed to clean up a filer enough to get my hedge trimmer working, now have spares.

Over a month late
Over a month late, no reply to email enquiring where part is. Also no dispatch email to say it has been sent. Website appears to be Tanaka original parts but this is not the case. Goes to a lawnmower shop in Nottingham.

All parts are Genuine Tanaka Parts but we are sorry you had to wait a long time for your order but if parts are out of stock with us and the manufacturers they can take a number of weeks to come in to stock

good service parts came quick. I would have given 5 stars but the parts are so expensive. I may have to consider the economics of repairing my tanaka equipment in the future.
