Amazing!

Amazing! Tanstore is one of the few Norwegian online stores that sell Jeffree Star cosmetics, and I am very happy they do! The shipping has gotten so fast, and the handling of the products are good. The cosmetics I have bought have been of good quality, and has not come broken. I really enjoy this site, and reccomend it to others as well.

Easy to order

Easy to order, took some time but that happens when u order online but anywaysss I love the JS blood lust palette! Wish there were more purple shades tho:/

Long delivery, both time and unnecessary long.

Ordered makeup 24th of July and got it the 13th. I love the makeup, so there’s nothing wrong with the product. But telling me on the site that it will take somewhere betweeen 4-5 working days and then have to wait for a total almost 3 weeks is a bit much. No information were given, so when I contacted them I then got to know there way some delay on the train. But, sending it from Tromsø to the Oslo terminal and then back north to Bodø? What about the environment?

Sorry. The products you deliver is great but the time and way of sending it needs work.

I placed my order june 20

I placed my order june 20. and still have not recieved it. It also took 2 weeks before it got sent. Still don’t have it. Took so long that I’ve decided to send it in return

Tracking problems: Scam or System failure?

I love the products you carry, however the link that you provide for tracking doesn’t work and therefore the costumer can’t follow their orders. I’ve ordered many times from here and not once had the tracking link work. This might make a first time costumer believe that this website is a scam.
