Disrespect of schedules and times …
Knowing that Mexican idiosyncratic thought process may not permit this review to make a difference, I have to say that my experience with TAP from Hermosillo to San Luis RC was not good at all. The most important problem is a delay of more than two hours. The personnel in the office know about this “usual” delay and they do not say a word about it the day before when I bought the tickets. They see it as “normal” and it is not. Lack of respect to someone else’s time is not a small issue. This is an easy problem to solve but there is just not willingness to do it. We cannot leave a third world country status without changing mentality. Do not use this service so that could make a difference as they see some economic pressure that can increase their attention. The people affected are usually people of medium to low income and they do not complaint. They are used to the system. We need to change the system. Don’t buy TAP or any bus lines that disrespect your time.
They do not have GPS so the office at the terminal are completely blind as to where they are to give an approximation of time. This is really retrograde and not of a country like Mexico. Please make a change. Put pressure to change things. Write reviews and act upon them
