Had persistant condensation problem in children's bedroom. Surveyor recommended installing thermal wallpaper on two walls. Booking the work was seemless and the work took three days to complete with negligible noise etc. Tapco are a very easy and professional company to use and are highly recommended by me.

Tapco recently fixed a nasty damp and dry rot problem in my flat in Wimbledon. Very friendly and professional - they worked hard to get the job done as quickly as possible as I had to put tenants up in alternative accommodation.

From the initial survey through to the final plastering of walls Tapco were excellent helping us with a long overdue damp proofing course of action. Quality of the work delivered by Greg and team was impressive and we'd definitely recommend them to others.

I wanted to take the time to say thank you to Paul, who came to fit Vents.

He was prompt and turned up on time. He was patient and took the time to explain the job, what was involved and how he would be proceeding.

He was very patient with the Customer and answered all my questions so I felt secure about what was happening in my home.

He problem solved any obstacles so the job could go ahead as some of the areas outside were inaccessible in regards to wiring- but he made it work.

Paul was professional, knew his trade which gave me Customer confidence. He left my home as dust free as possible.

I am thrilled with his work and am really glad Tapco chose him to do the job.

Hi - we are going to install a kitchen but when we pulled out the units discovered damp. We had a survey done by Bryan who liaised with our builder as pipes had to be removed as well as there were pipes all over the place. Communications very good and would recommend Tapco.

We had Pete carry out the work to a high standard who kept us informed on everything he was doing - he was very tidy and cleared up everyday.

Would definitely recommend this company and Pete is a very hard worker who gets things done.

Very good experience. Used fro a damp issue at a hoe we have just bought. Didn't realise quite how messy the job was, so be prepared for that if you are getting damp work. But team were very responsive and easy to deal with.

Tapco have recently completed damp proofing works to our home. They turned up when they said they would and the team provided a high level of professional service throughout the job - minimising the unavoidable disturbance & doing what looks like a thoroughly good job to me. Would certainly use Tapco again.

After having an issue with damp in a bathroom, Tapco came out and did an initial survey, offered great advice and solutions to fix the problems with cost and customer care in mind. I was kept up to date from the team with what was happening, the work was completed quickly and the team were very polite and tidy with minimal disruption where possible.

The team also gave some great advice on how to prevent future issues, if any come up though I know where I'll be going!

We were really impressed with the work Catolin and Alex produced at our property. We had a new damp course done in the living room and hallway. It was a big job but they worked quickly to a high standard. They were very considerate, helpful and communicated well with me and my family.

I used Tapco Homedry to treat some damp in my living room and kitchen. From start to finish, the whole team were excellent. The office replied promptly to messages and queries and the surveyor Peter called me back several times to answer my queries. The contractors arrived promptly and they were all polite, friendly and efficient. The floors were protected, dustsheets put up and they tidied up at the end of every day. Catalin is an electrician/plumber/plasterer wrapped into one and worked at great speed and thoroughly.
I would highly recommend them.

We recently used Tapco to survey the damp basement of a property we intended to buy. Jason, the surveyor went out of his way to accommodate our time scale, was excellent at community and we found him to be very professional and helpful throughout. His report and information was clear and easy to understand and we would have certainly used them to do the work, had the purchase gone through. The office team were also quick to pick up the telephone and pass on messages .We highly recommend this company and will use them again next time.

We recently had some damp works carried out by Tapco and from start to finish they were excellent. from booking in the work to the man carrying out the works, when he left each day he tidied up and left our rooms very clean.

I’d urge everyone to consider carefully before engaging with this business. The aggressive and confrontational approach of some of their employees is very unpleasant

A 5 day damp proof job turned into over 5 weeks when they hit a water pipe, fitted the wrong pipe connectors and then laid a screed that failed. It wasn't actually any of these things that bothered me, it was the attitude of Zak. I could hear him on the phone advising experienced builders to cover up problems. Nigel was saying there is water everywhere, the couplings are wrong and I could hear Zak say 'just pour the screed'. Then Nigel got in trouble for being honest and pointing out things that had gone wrong. If they are willing to be dishonest and cover up issues I've got huge concerns. They have finally finished the work but never offered an apology or any compensation. We asked to discuss our situation before making a formal complaint but no one has got back to us.

We are very happy with the job Tapco have done in "tanking" our cellar. All of the workmen were excellent - pleasant, informative, hard working - and workmanship was top rate. We have no hesitation in recommending them all.
