Confused
I was very happy with my item delivery, but was surprised to get an email from DHL saying they were delivering another item to me from your company.The item was delivered to a company just off the M40 near Oxford and I live in Glasgow. I hadn’t ordered anything other than the first item that had been delivered, so I don’t know why my email address was used to deliver an item that I never ordered🤔. I have tried to find out why my email was used but have had no reply so far.
