Thomas from Tapmagic was so helpful when I first phoned him. I ordered the Quooker tap on Thursday and it was installed the following Tuesday. Excellent service from start to finish. We are delighted with our Quooker tap.

Recently purchased a boiling hot water tap. Was dealing with Thomas when I initially enquired about the tap. Thomas had a wealth of knowledge and was able to guide me and my partner on what product would suit us best. We had the product bought, delivered and then installed by a plumber recommended by Tapmagic all within 5 days of purchasing.
Already family members are now purchasing the same product from Tapmagic.
Delighted with our new boiling hot water tap and definitely recommend.

Bought 2 taps from TapMagic only to be told by one of my Plumbers that they would be unsuitable for the renovations work I had planned. I sent them back unopened and then had to chase Tapmagic up for my refund after they received them. Tapmagic charged a 15% restocking fee. “we don’t do anything for free” was a comment made by TapMagic.
A dispute then followed over the use of PayPal for my refund. I did not select PayPal as my payment method but TapMagic insisted I did and therefore PayPal was used for my refund. A few days of emails back and forth disputing this and screenshots of my PayPal and bank account proving my point were followed by what were quite frankly rude and arrogant replies from Thomas. I have finally received my refund, albeit via PayPal with extra charges. €75.00 out of pocket and nothing to show for it.
An honest review has been left on google reviews (I urge anyone reading this to look it up)
Thomas has since left a counter review calling into question my accent! I am Irish with a British accent which for some reason points to me possibly being a scammer? (His words) Why my accent has even been mentioned in a customer service setting is beyond me but I guess they have their reasons?
Right? Don’t all companies comment on a customers accent publicly?

Just 1 question……… How can I have screamed down the phone to you when we have never even spoken on the phone? I have never called your number. You got my accent from my personalised voicemail greeting when you called me but failed to leave a message. All communication has been via email as you well know.

So far you have accused me of lying, blackmail, being a scammer based on my accent and now getting legal advice for what are honest reviews of my experience with you.

I have not lied or embellished anything within my reviews and I stand by them as accurate accounts.

Have my instant hot water tap since January 2023 and it's still perfect. Absolutely thrilled with the product. The quality is fantastic and is easy to clean. The boiler fits neatly under my sink. It's also very energy efficient in comparison to a standard kettle. The instant hot water tap is so handy for making a quick cup of tea and also for cleaning pots and pans. The water also tastes way better due to the filters. I live in an area with hard water and have had zero problems with the efficiency of the tap. 100% recommend TapMagic, a trustworthy Cork company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My boiling tap broke after five months of using it and I was told it was Irish Waters fault or my plumbers fault because I live in a hard water area. Not once when I purchased the tap was it mentioned that if you live in a hard water area the tap will break in a matter of weeks. Also it wasn't covered by warranty even though it was only installed 5 months ago!!
Their solution to fixing it was to get a man to uninstall it and post it back to us. When I said my husband passed away and I didn't know how to do this as I was not a plumber they told me to get a plumber and pay for it myself. I wish I had paid the extra money for a reputable company such as Quooker and not wasted my money with this dreadful product and company. Also by the way it spits boiling water at you when not in use so unless you want to burn your skin I would recommend you don't buy it.

You were given sound advice on all products before purchasing , ensuring you had the correct items to install . Service was faultless, knowledge impeccable . Added bonus aftercare queries answered no problem.

Very easy ordering, billing and delivery system. This was the 5th order we placed with TapMagic for the instant hot water taps which we find very suitable for our business.

Ordered a Quooker flex over the phone. Got great advice and best value I found. Product was fantastic and arrived within 2 days, as they said. Would happily recommend!

I have purchased total of 4 Quooker taps of Tom including scale filters and Qube that give us sparkling water and have found them extremely professional and helpful to deal with. There was no issues to recommend plumbers around Ireland who provide instalations of the taps as it is pretty complex. The range we could choose is amazing and choices are great. Also the overall experience was very enjoyable and communication which I believe is the key was above my expectations. Fair play to Tom and team. Would certainly recommend

Hi I bought 2 taps no problem only with the up stairs tap so I phoned them and they put me on the right road to sort the problem all it was water was not strong so he told me get a plumber and tap in to the council water got this done no problem since I have to say they were great help thinking now of getting a shower tap for bathroom thanks again cheers

We have had our Tap Magic tap just over a year and the click has packed in that tells us it is off. The tap cost in the region of €200, the repair would be €100!!!!!!!! Or we were told just to use it anyway as it is.
Don't buy one, save up for a Quooker!!! We bought direct from Tapmagic and had an authorised fitter install it. It was not ordered in my name. We had every faith in buying an Irish product. but it hasn't lasted.

Im disappointed with the lack of technical support and after sales service of the company. The tap magic tap sound great BUT it does not reach boiling water temperature.

It goes to 98 degrees only therefore the water for has to be further microwaved which defeats the point. The 5year filter saves money per year also the spout is to high up from the sink I have to use a jug to clean the sink.

Great product, big saving not heating hot water tank, easy install just connect to water and plug in, very good customer service. Instant hot water on demand. No bulky hot water tank under sink.
