It just works as simple as they say. I have three lockers and I have the combinations written in various places. Now I don't have to look it up. My locker opens instantly. I can go shower and not have to fumble at all - opening is easy, no more missed numbers by one tiny click - thumbprint and bam, open. Thanks

I had a problem with my lock, tapplock got in touch with me and help me troubleshoot the problem. Tapplock end-up sending me a brand new lock within a few days. Now that's a great customer service team.

Bought two locks and saved one for future use...been using the first one at the gym, where there isn’t an assigned locker. Tapplock is awesome because it is fast and each time I go I just pop it in a new locker and I’m in and out fast. Really love this lock. I now know how I plan to use the second lock, but have since come up with even more uses...should have bought four! GREAT product.

I use TappLock at a second home where I can share the biometric lock with other family members. I've had only good experience. Battery life has been great so far.

It looks nice. It seems to work well enough. It seems pretty solid.

We have a baby gate that can easily be opened by our kids (Barn door style with gate latch).

We use the lock every day for easy access up and down our stairs, without the need for a key based lock, or the slowness of a combo lock. Makes life much, much easier for us.

It's a little expensive and the Bluetooth can be a little annoying, but over a good experience and consistent results on fingerprint scanning.

Can’t leave home without this lock it is very useful and this product is one of a kind. A MUST buy!!!!!

Tapplock has the worst app ever. It won't pair with the lock. The app freezes.

I've had the locks for several months now and I love them. They are super easy to use and the batteries last a very long time. I did have an issue with one lock not working and have to say, the customer service is amazing! They sent me out a new lock asap. The new one had been working perfectly as well as the other lock.

I counted how many times I unlock my regular padlock in one week. 18 times. Tapplock makes this process quicker and frankly, more enjoyable. And I don’t have to think through my padlock code and its many turns 18 times a week. Thank you Tapplock for making such a great product.

We have a rental house with an "owner's" closet. All the family has access through Tapplock. Makes things so smooth. No keys or combinations to remember.

Wish you would make the same lock with a top bike type with plastic covered metal wire that one side is in the lock and the other side comes out when unlocked the plugs back in when locked. even cooler if you could remove the whole wire for interchangeable lengths.

And in the space of 30 seconds. The front panel and its screws were removed to reveal the locking mechanism. 10/10 would buy again.

I love this lock! Easy to set up. Easy accessible, no combination to remember. Long lasting usb rechargeable battery

Really well made...heavy duty design. Works well although when my hands are wet after swimming the fingerprint recognition doesn't respond so I use the morse code system..which works fine. Has been suggested that I record my fingerprint with a wet finger. Some folks say that is the trick to that issue. However I am used to using the code so it's not a problem.

Love this. So convenient and fast. Wish I'd had this years ago.
