Shoddy practice
Ordered a Lamboro Rimini tap, and was sent a San Marco tap. Box was opened, fittings bags opened and bits loose in the box. Instead of 30-40cm M10 flexi hoses, they had been swapped for an open bag containing 22cm M12's. Obviously a customer return. Not knowing if the tap had a fault or not it had to be fitted after purchasing flexi hoses.
I asked for no return replacement or refund. Just let them know I spent £100 on a tap, and was what I was sent.
Instead of just investigating with whoever shipped it to me 2 days ago, I was asked to "Send photographs of the condition it was received". WHY? it was received what in the EXACT condition it was sent. They know what they sent me. Be warned, it could be you.
No I will not contact customer service.

Great Customer Service
Received a delivery with one item missing. I got an immediate response from the customer service team who were very friendly and helpful. Everything was resolved within a matter of days. Thankyou!
Great response when needed
Everything was on time and in good condition when delivered although I would not normally complete a review for a company doing what it should do. However when we came to fit the sink some 8 weeks after delivery there was a problem with the overflow.
This was dealt with quickly and efficiently which is worthy of acknowledgement
Bait & Switch website - AVOID
Notice everything says 'in stock / fast dispatch' in their website? Notice all the reviews saying items took WEEKS to be delivered? Emails go unanswered/ignored? Well here I am, adding to the list of people who'd wished they'd read the reviews first...
Next day and 'in stock' apparently mean 6+ weeks lead time, 4 chases via email, and only one reply.
Website is a literal bait and switch scam - get you in, THEN they order your part in from their suppliers.
Forget customer service - it's non-existent. Emails ignored, zero F's given.
I'd rate sinks.co.uk (and their other trading name, sinks.co.uk) zero stars if I could.

My tap was faulty and Sandie very efficiently helped sort my return, smoothly and quickly, She always quickly responded to any email I sent and organised the pick up for me, so I didnt have to think about anything. I highly recommend this company and thank you again Sandie for your help

Bought a motion sensor bin on Amazon from this company. It has broken just after a year old. I’ve been told I have to buy a new one. This product should have lasted longer than 1 year.
Not made to feel at all welcome during enquiry
Gosh, I was after a Perrin and Rowe tap set. Website gives no idea if something is in stock or not and when I phone up to enquire about options, I get treated as though i'm not at all welcome. First impressions really matter and this wasn't a good one. Won't be buying from these guys in future.

This company is dreadful, they wanted to charge me 90 pounds to exchange an item I hadn't opened or used, even though on their website they claim to offer exchanges for 9.99

The product came broken and a part for it without instructions was delivered on the day I asked it not to be as I was on holiday. The instructions for the fitting were generic and confusing but the customer service people acted like I was really putting them out asking for a bit of help. Brush up the friendliness and care of the customer service and the company would improve no end. The tap itself is beautiful.
One of the worst airlines I have ever experienced...
One of the worst airlines I have ever travelled with. It is a low cost airlines pretending to be a national carrier. When its comes to their luggage allowance, their website is misleading and they ambush passengers in the gate and charge them an extortionist sum of money for the smallest amount of overweight in their carry on. I flew with them once and never again.
Avoid
I spoke to them on the phone as there were no measurements for the the bath waste in the listing online. The service was okay, but the operator also couldn't find the dimensions anywhere. She said there was free returns. So I ordered it, and it was too small, and was never going to fit. Despite saying it would be free to return, there was a £12.50 restocking fee to return it, and I had to pay the postage. So I'm £20 out of pocket. Avoid these clowns.
Won’t take responsibility
I wish I had read these reviews and not used this company. They sent a tap where the tails were the wrong size for the supplied return valve. They refused to accept responsibility and I eventually had to go to the manufacturer who dealt with the problem. I would not use this supplier unless you are happy to rely only on your rights against the manufacturer.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Awful Customer service experience, ordered a sink 10 days prior to needing it. On the day the sink was supposed to be delivered I am receive an email to say ' they aren't delivering the sink due to an imperfection found in quality control check' which I accepted. I was told I'd have another sink delivered within 2 days which I did. This one however clearly failed quality control checks and arrived damaged. Called customer services and was greeted by a lady ( according to her, when I asked to speak to a manager, she told me she was the most senior there ) who after a 20 minute debate of whos right and whos wrong with one apology and no effort to give compensation as their 'margins are too slim for that' she then went onto blame the issue on the fact they are understaffed in the warehouse and it was 'human error'. How is this the customers fault ?
This in my opinion is completely unacceptable. I accepted it on the first sink, but not on the second.
After a 20 minute conversation of going round in circles I was then told she was no longer willing to speak with me when I insisted on speaking to someone more senior and she said she'd call me back when she heard from the supplier and hung up on me... !
So currently left with a pending complaint, a damaged sink and if im honest, shocked at the level of rudeness I was presented with.
Once I am called back before COB today 09/07/21 with a resolution I will amend this review.
PS. Forgot to mention my original complaint states that the sink waste and additional items were also missing from the box, so this was clearly missed at quality control check points too !
Bought a graphite grey bath panel
Bought a graphite grey bath panel. The panel has failed due to water getting on the panel. This has happened after only four months. Contacted tapsuk to exchange the item. After lots of email exchanges with little help. They have not exchanged and told me to contact the manufacturer. This would have been a simple problem to resolve with good customer service. Unfortunately tapsuk don't seem to care.
Beware of your Water Pressure
I bought a Hansgrohe Pull out kitchen tap just before Christmas and had it professionally fitted. The tap is pathetic, no pressure it just dribbles out from both the hot and cold tap. You get no bubbles at all when using washing up liquid. Taps UK customer service and Hansgrohe say it's the water pressure, we have a combi boiler which is set at the correct pressure and I have had the pressure checked by our local water company and an independent plumber and both say it is normal and good. They now both refuse to help any further so I am left with a very expensive useless tap. So the moral is check you've got really high water pressure before you waste your money.

Please be careful when buying expensive Taps from Taps UK as Guarantee only last 6 months and you'll probably need to buy new Tap within a year.
I don't expect to Pay £79.98 tap to be replaced and faulty within a Year.

Terrible, terrible and terrible experience! Never ever go for taps.co.uk. I surprise how they survive.
Ordered two basin taps a week ago with a promise that it would be delivered next day as seen in the web site. It hasn't been delivered yet. Spoke to their call centre agents. They assured that the item would be delivered next day from the day of conversation with them. Item seems to be still flying in the air!!!!

Never ever use them. 7 wks and still no unit. They don't know there ear hole from there **** hole.
