Even 1 star is too much, I don't normally write reviews but felt obliged to let people know that this company is a joke. I ordered a shower on the 11th November via PayPal and received a professional looking invoice. No contact or shower 10 days later. Tried phoning over 3 days, no answer, no response to 3 emails and now escalated as a claim via PayPal 2 days ago and still no response. I will get my money back but what a time wasting bunch of incompetents! Shambles - suggest you avoid, they don't deserve your custom!!

Ordered a inside toilet cistern, keep calling, no one answers, item not been sent, was told on the 1 time I managed to get through that he wasn’t even sure if he had the item, even though it says in stock on website.
AVOID - can’t get a refund as no one answers the phone

I'll keep this as simple as I can to help you if you are wondering if to commit your hard earned money. They are for real but are not good to deal with. More detail if you want it:

I ordered a radiator. I received a confirmation email several days later saying 'shipped'. There were no tracking or courier details. Over the next 2 weeks I tried to get in touch with the seller. They never answered the sales line (I called perhaps 10 times), they never responded to emails, they never returned voice messages.

I raised a case with PayPal about 3 weeks after the order was placed. That finally got the seller to try to call me but even then they seemed to fail to respond to PayPal with any actual detail - not sure what it takes for them to realise communication is vital to their reputation and continued existence.

I think the courier service they use must be cut price too. No tracking, 10 days wait and then the delivery driver was incredibly rude, asking me "do you think I have time to talk to you" when I asked if he needed anything from me, a signature or similar?

Although i did not receive my taps and there was not ideal communication, Adam gave me a full refund. I am not going to give a bad review as I feel this company has been hit hard by covid and the fall out from all that has gone with it and all the problems were out of their control. It is easy to complain but a lot of companies are struggling with supply etc. So, thank you adam, i appreciate the difficulties you are having

Waste of time. Ordered some taps on a 3-4 day delivery and after 10 days with no sign, I tried to contact them. After many emails and non answered phone calls, i finally had a call back from somebody who said, 'I've missed a call from you'. I asked out my delivery and was told it would be at least another 10 weeks, but not guaranteed. The worst customer service, the person on the phone just said, ' you'll get a refund,' and put the phone down. This left us without matching taps for bath and sink.

I had my doubts about this company being legitimate (especially taking into account some of the online reviews) - but i have just received my purchase of a sink/toilet unit within the described delivery timeframe.
I didn't receive any kind of confirmation or invoice after placing my order and paying for the goods, and my work system blocked their website as suspicious... but once i got hold of Adam on the phone he sent an invoice straight over.
My one complaint is the customer service (very defensive and aggressive on the phone when i told them i had spoken to my card company due to thinking i had paid on a scam website), but other than that - i received the correct goods within a decent timeframe for a good price. So overall i don't regret my purchase and would like to ask other customers to give them the benefit of the doubt!

Ordered a bathroom cabinet. Order accepted, then, without explanation, refunded!
I tried to contact them by phone and email and they dont answer the phone or reply to email.
Completely useless and zero customer service. Avoid.

Had a really good customer service experience - there was a manufacturing defect on one of the items we received which we didn’t notice until s couple of weeks after delivery- however the customer service team resolved this quickly without any problem and got a replacement item to me within 2 days.

The customer service has been brilliant. We received a broken toilet but didn’t realise this until a couple of months after buying as that’s when our builder went to fit it. The customer service person we spoke to sorted a replacement toilet for us within a couple of days. I’ve been really impressed.

I order a radiator and paid 95 pound for delivery to Ireland. The website gives two clear options for delivery, either Ireland or mainland UK.
They then refunded my order 6 days later, without telling me. They said I was confused and they dont deliver to Ireland! Sent them a snip of their website where it lets you pick Ireland as delivery and now they are ignoring me! I am left without a radiator and now have to cancel the builder until I get one from elsewhere.
Avoid this company, they are useless.

We ordered sink & toilets with vanity units, taps, cistern, etc. for a downstairs cloakroom renovation. Everything arrived on time for our plumber to fit. All the items are of good quality. The prices are as competitive as anywhere else on the internet. Please be aware, this company is an internet only company, they don't have a showroom or warehouse. I had to contact Adam in customer services due to a missing item. The item was delivered the same day, excellent service. Adam was very helpful throughout the whole process. One small negative was the delivery company. The driver wanted to leave the items out in the rain because he refused to help me carry the items 5 yards into the hallway. Adam assures me they are looking for a more customer friendly delivery company. Overall a pleasant, trouble free experience. I will certainly use Platinum/Tapsbathrooms again in future.

I purchased a SLIMLINE COMBINATION BASIN & TOILET UNIT - WHITE GLOSS - (1000 X 305MM), described as manufactured from Moisture Resistant MDF. When fitting discovered it was in fact manufactured from chipbord. Conned again! Nice basing unit but cheap/poor quality base.

Extremely happy with the quick, accurate service and the prices are very reasonable. Will definitely recommend.

Bought a shower system.High quality product and super fast delivery.

Needed to buy a new shower pump. Went on Google and this company came up cheapest on the sponsored shopping. Went to their website to make my purchase but, whilst checking it was the same dimensions as my original pump, the price shown changed to over £100 more. They would not honour the original price shown. Suffice to say I made my purchase elsewhere!

easy to use well laid out website and product range was good, Prices not the cheapest but im happy with my purchase will use again
