Taptap send refuse to refund money sent through them and every time I ask them for refund I hit the wall.The receipt state delivered but the recipient has not received it on his wallet.Money sent on the 18/5/26 and today’s day is 3/6/26.Why should this happen.Looks like I’m being scammed.Tried to contact customer support still no response and they are not giving me the help I need.

I would like to thank Lucy for her excellent customer service and follow-up regarding my account issue.
My TapTap account was suspended, and it took approximately four weeks to resolve. Throughout this period, Lucy stayed in contact with me and kept following up on my case until it was finally fixed. Thanks to her efforts, I successfully regained access to my account and was able to complete my remittance transfer without any problems.
Although the resolution took longer than expected, I truly appreciate Lucy's professionalism, patience, and commitment to helping me. She made sure my concerns were addressed and followed through until the issue was resolved.
