No compassion or genuine care for animals.
I have a rescue cat that is extremely nervous, which I explained to them and they said they understood. She doesn't like being handled. They did not send regular updates as promised. They moved her from one pen to another, leaving several scratch marks on her carrier which weren't there before. On collection she was obviously distressed and on getting home she ate 6 bowls of food within an hour! She had visibly lost weight and I could feel her bones when stroking her. I raised concerns and they suggested I go to the ombudsman. I have no proof other than knowing my cat and her behaviour so I'm warning people here. If you have a 'difficult' pet that needs compassion, care and love do NOT leave them with these people. A week longer and my cat would have probably died of anxiety and starvation!
