Very Happy Experience :D

Not the guy to wear bracelets (don't really wear anything on my wrists - even watches) but a friend gave me a beaded bracelet for Chinese new year (of the horse) and I liked it. Thought I would see what else was out there, and chatgpt recommended Tateossian as a place with quality jewellery. didn't think much of it at the time, but later I returned to it, and seeing all the pairing they had in photos looked really good. all the guys were dressed in suits and the bracelets they were wearing gave them a bit of a bad boy edge. and they were all in shape. perfect I thought as I have been trying to get in shape recently (quite successfully this time I might add) and I had 2 weddings to go to on the horizon, so I thought I would pick up a couple. saw a pair that I liked - a simple black double leather one and a black beaded one with some silver discs. combo looked pretty cool. I picked the size that I thought I was (wasn't exactly sure which one to get cause I thought my wrists might change with all my exercise so I got them in large (I'm 186cm tall, so figured it would be a good size). when they came in the mail I was wrecked. they looked nothing like in the photos. they were too long and it made me look like I had flimsy wrists. and they were quite expensive. I still really liked the designs - especially the leather one - so I bit the bullet and ordered another one. I wanted it to look tight like in the photos so I got it in small this time. after waiting a shot while (they delivered with DHL express to me) I finally got it. I tried to put it on, and again I was gutted. this one was too small. it barely fit on my wrist. why didn't I just get them in medium like the size guide said? >_<. I felt pretty bad because I wanted to order again in the medium but I ran out of money. I had spent way too much on my self this last month, so I decided that I would write a letter requesting a refund. I checked the site and they said they had a 2 week policy, but mine was a few days over. I really wanted the medium but I had no money left, and though that it was worth a try. I described my situation to them, that I really liked the bracelets but that I had difficulty getting the correct size and was wondering if it would be possible to replace both with medium. to my surprise they said yes! :D. they explained that all I needed to do is post them back, that they would inspect them, and if they were good they would process my refund. they gave me a DHL label to use (I never done a return for anything before) and they made it very easy for me. and they were so nice the entire time through with all the back and forth emails. i packed them super carefully and the package was quickly sent to the UK, and then within days, I had a package quickly sent back with the bracelets in medium size. they were a perfect fit! :D! Initially I was thinking that I would eventually buy the leather 1 in medium, and that I would have 2 expensive bracelets just sitting in my closet that I would never use. but now i have the 2 in the perfect size. looks just like in the photo (just need more veins on my arms xD). Excellent customer service and excellent bracelets I think. I'm a little worried that they might break so they are not going to be an everyday thing (definitely not going to shower in them) and try to not get them wear (heard that this is not good for bracelets) but yea. they turned a pit in my stomach into a very happy day for me. very happy <3

Questionable Quality

I have purchased 3 men’s bracelets over the past 3 years. 2 of the 3 have snapped during that timeframe. I have approached them directly this week with a view to seeking a repair for the latest issue. They have quoted £60 to simply re thread a beaded bracelet, having stated that they could not corroborate my purchase. I have looked at my account and the purchases are clearly recorded.
Very disappointing when you consider the purchase price of their jewellery! I presumed that they would wear more robustly based on this. I had also adhered to their wearing and care guidelines.

Love doing business here…

First of all my husband loves the 4 bracelets we have purchased over the years. I buy them as gifts for him and they look great. But more importantly, their customer service is just terrific! Kind, responsive, knowledgeable… I really love doing business with them. Highly recommend this company…

Awful experience and product

If I could give this company a zero I would. Bought a $200 men’s bracelet. Clasp came undone, fell off and lost, first time I wore it. Absolute junk product, and even worse customer services. Do not under any circumstances do business with this company.

Impressive customer service

I had to leave a review to express how impressed I've been with this business.
I recently placed an order during the black Friday sale and Tateossian made a mistake with my order which was a bit stressful to be honest BUT they were so quick to apologise and sort it out.
I placed another order recently and ordered the wrong size. The exchange process was quick and hassle free.
Their customer services were so quick to respond and were so helpful. Very impressed and would not hesitate to order in future.

Absolute garbage

I wore the bracelet for around 2 months, never got it wet and I’m a nurse so has not been put through harsh treatment. Within 2 weeks a plastic coating started to peal off which is odd as it is meant to be leather revealing what tools like grey fibres underneath. Tonight I noticed that one of the pieces of plait has snapped and it is indeed just a cord. Not leather as it claimed to be and certainly not worth Au $275. Wish I could give zero stars. It’s absolute garbage.

Poor customer service.

Poor customer service.

I bought a bracelet, which when it arrived I was very happy about. However within a couple of months the "robot" clasp kept opening randomly, so I sent it back for repair.
It came back and has been good for 5 months and then the same thing happens.
Tateossian say I have to return their defective product at my cost and they will replace.
I am not prepared to do this, so will simply not buy from them again (my other purchase has been perfect).
My recommendation would be not to use this company in the future.

Poor leather quality and even worse customer service

I purchased a “leather” bracelet for my partner’s birthday. The quality of the leather is quite disappointing. It’s not very pliable and feels closer to plastic than leather. Also, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I’m overseas but ordered a bracelet from the UK anyway. The timing worked out such that I was unable to contact them regarding a return until I was 5 days outside of their return window. I sent a detailed timeline of what led to this timing (a month of overseas travelling with the bracelet being left in the States after it didn’t fit), but the company will not budge. I am unable to return it even though it will never be worn, nor do I want to exchange it due to the poor quality of the bracelet.

I know I was outside of the return window. But I also know companies regularly go outside of their stated protocols based on extenuating circumstances. I wouldn’t risk buying from here because if you fall outside the return window, you’re out hundreds and hundreds of dollars.

Some products are unavailable

Some products for sale on website are unavailable or discontinued with no like-for-like replacement available. Pretty poor experience, wouldn’t recommend.

They’re quite annoying

They’re quite annoying. Some of their stuff is nice but they’re priced very high for what it is, presumably to project an image. Their website has a reward program but you get nothing if buy from their own shops. Their shops look like they’re ran on a shoestring budget and about to collapse. The one in Sloane Square had an a4 paper stuck to the door saying back in a few mins. A lot of the stuff on the website isn’t on display in the shops. The store at the o2 had one person working there who was swamped when 3 customers turned up. The one off regent street locks the door and you have to be “let” in. Also I really don’t like that the brand is named after a person. Who wants wear his name round your neck or wrist. I do however have a pair of cuff links from many years ago and I still use them now. It just seems that the last few years they’re losing the battle to stay relevant.

Profoundly awful quality items

This was my first, and last, experience with Tateossian. I expected that a £100 pair of Cufflinks would last more than one use. Sadly, I was mistaken.

My other half purchased a pair of the Asclepius Cufflinks (which are, quite frankly, beautifully designed) for my 30th. The month after, I wore them for the first time at a meal out with family and I was shocked to find that the decal was missing from the base of the Cufflink. Turns out, instead of soldering the decal to the rest of the cufflink, Tateossian’s gifted artisans applied some cheap glue to attach it into a small divot of the base of the cufflink. Unacceptable.

The returns process was clunky and awkward and Tateossian didn’t deem me deserving of the postage being returned. Staff had a general air of indifference.

Simply another company offering cheaply made baubles for an exorbitant price under the false pretence of being a ‘luxury’ brand. I give them another two years trading at this rate - although that’s a generous estimate!

Overpriced and subpar quality

I've recently bought a couple of your bead bracelets (from TKMAXX) and am really disappointed with the quality. Both have come apart (the fishing line or whatever it is you use to thread them with) simply unravelled the beads just fell off. One I managed to return as I had the receipt, but the second one I can't find a receipt for. I'm not expecting you to do anything as I bought these from a third party, but I just cannot believe that a bracelet that is so overpriced is just such poor quality.
