Another great service from Eve at Tatlers Muswell Hill, who has managed the electrical & gas safety certificates for my flat.

Very disappointing experience overall. The service felt careless and inconsistent from the beginning. Communication was slow, unprofessional and constantly unreliable. I shouldn’t have to chase people this much just to get basic answers.

There was no sense of urgency, no ownership, no real accountability. At some point it became very obvious that my time and effort were valued far less than theirs.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who wants clarity, efficiency, or a professional approach. The market has moved forward.

I tried to arrange a viewing with Tatlers and the communication was extremely poor. They promised call backs that never happened, and emails were left unanswered. It became clear that I was putting in more effort to move things forward than they were.

For a real estate agency, this level of communication simply isn’t acceptable. If the first step is already this difficult, I can’t imagine how the rest of the process would be.

I genuinely think homeowners should reconsider working with this agency. Buyers shouldn’t have to chase this hard just to view a property in the first place.

I thoroughly recommend Tatlers Muswell Hill. Marco was our sales person and he was supportive communicative and made the whole selling process as stress free as possible.

Eve, is very diligent, keeps me informed and looks after any maintenance issues. Is friendly and helpful.

We sold through the Muswell Hill branch. The staff are very professional and are honest. They don't inflate the prices and leave you with unrealistic expectations. When we lost our first buyer, they came up with an ingenious solution so that we could stay on the chain while we found a new buyer.

The worst customer service I have experienced.
Lettings agent mixed up newly built property address on the contract, when I pointed out, he convinced and reassured me all is correct.
6 months later the guy is still around, no consequences or accountability for mistakes. I don’t believe they even apologised. My neighbour and I are still receiving each other’s mail and trying to sort it out with water and energy companies.
The agent responds with one-liner emails, no greetings or other common sense phrases polite people use in conversations.
Grateful it is not them who are actually managing the property.

Our experience buying a property through Tatlers Muswell Hill was generally very good. Michael Luckhurst particularly was brilliant: straightforward, responsive and really pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend Tatlers - but especially Michael.
