The cake was delicious, but

The cake was delicious, no complaints in that regards.
The only thing that i found worth complaining is the delivery charge. Rs.100?? Really? That too in a city like Nagpur where the distances are always within the range of 5 kms.

Very useless.

Very useless.
They took my order, I got confirmation.
Later cancelled on their own, I didn't get any confirmation email and they simply said that I will get refund in couple of days.
Worthless and useless, very bad experience.

Hello, thanks for the response.

1. As you say that your website mentions that it would deliver the order only around Nagpur then it should not have accepted the pin codes outside your reach.
2. I called the store on the date of delivery and only then I got to know that the order is cancelled. I didn't receive the email of cancellation to the best of my knowledge whereas I will double check the same.

Nonetheless, it's okay.

Our site mentions that we would deliver only in Nagpur city limits.
Our Nagpur city pincodes orders are accepted. Since your order was outside Nagpur, we could not fulfill it and hence informed you about the same.
Order cancellation refund takes 2-3 business days, which is an industry norm.

The cake was not fresh

The cake was not fresh. It was not spongy at all, felt like a stale product. A very bad experience, not expected from a brand like Tauby's.
