I had a very good experience with this company and recommend them to everyone! The shipping was amazingly fast (Italy to Netherlands, sent on Monday and arrived on Thursday... I have had packages within the Netherlands taking longer than that!). I ordered a dryer and some mats, it arrived impeccably packaged and in perfect state. I also was in contact with someone from the customer service department, because I made 2 orders by mistake, this was handled by her very quickly and in a friendly manner. I applaud the company for making a product in Italy, and with materials sourced locally. I would give 10 stars if possible!

The dehydrator silk sheets are an excellent product. They work really well and the "wet" fruit doesn't stick to it like it does to a cheaper brand we purchased. A great addition to the Tauro Essiccatori dehydrator machine which we use all the time to dry herbs, fruit, mushrooms and many other products. Placing the order online was quick and easy and we were kept informed about the payment process and what to expect from our bank. The order arrived quickly and was very well packaged.
