I personally would not ever sign up for a blind date service. Diana, my matchmaker and was awesome; she can't control how my match would react or interact with me. This was hell for me.

I cannot warn women enough about my experience with a matchmaking company based in Frontenac, Missouri. What was marketed as a professional, supportive service turned into one of the most humiliating and disturbing experiences I’ve ever had.

During one of the dates arranged through this company, I was subjected to behavior that I can only describe as harassment. I left feeling deeply uncomfortable and shaken. When I reported the incident, expecting at the very least empathy or accountability, I was met with complete dismissal. The company not only minimized my experience, but actually defended the man involved, insisting “he would never do such a thing.” That response alone was beyond insulting—it made me feel belittled, invalidated, and completely insignificant.

I escalated my concerns to the nationwide corporate office, hoping for a more professional and unbiased review. Unfortunately, the response was no better. My experience was brushed aside, and it became very clear that protecting their business—and their paying clients—mattered far more than the safety or well-being of women using their service.

Even more shocking, after raising legitimate concerns about harassment and requesting a resolution, I was met with resistance and zero accountability. There was no effort to investigate, no concern shown, and absolutely no willingness to take responsibility. Instead, everything felt transactional—like once they had my money, my voice no longer mattered.

This company is, in my opinion, deceptive and unethical. They present themselves as advocates for meaningful relationships and support for women, but my experience proved the opposite. The lack of integrity, compassion, and basic responsibility is alarming.

Women considering this service should think very carefully. Your safety, dignity, and voice may not be valued here. Based on my experience, this company is not for women—it is for profit, and nothing more.

I paid Tawkify $6,400 for a 6-month matchmaking package. My matchmaker left the company mid-service with no notice and no handoff. I found out only because communication completely stopped.
When I called to resolve this:
❌ The rep told me he was “the highest person I could talk to”
❌ He refused any refund — flatly and immediately
❌ I was told another department would contact me with no timeline given.

I was never shown a contract before payment. Terms of service only appeared AFTER my $6,400 was processed. They claim i signed when I requested information.

They also:
❌terrible to no communicating with at all. I had to initiate and follow up to talk to someone.
❌ Matchmaker left and I was given no notice until the day I was supposed to meet with her.
❌Still unsure what I paid for.
Tawkify — I am still waiting for your response. I have filed a BBB complaint, I am pursuing a credit card dispute, and I am sharing my experience everywhere I can until this is resolved fairly.

To anyone reading this: this company took thousands of dollars, failed to deliver the service, and when confronted, told me there was no one higher to speak to. That should tell you everything.

Tawkify offered me less than half of what I paid, they also continue to be rude in how they what they want to communicate with me. Including saying I need to sign something butt not giving me anything to review.

Yes, my first match was a yes/ yes but it took 10 days to get that feedback from someone. Also it came to light that pervious employment of my match was involved money laundering and I work for a very large bank which is a HUGE no no. That is one of the reasons I hired Tawkify to do background checks. Bad communication, unwillingness to hear feedback, rude customer service reps (Ian and Nicholas) created as lost in yrust with no effort to ratify that. I am a professional who wants to find her person and this was awful and waaaay to expensive for what I got. A bunch of automated emails, inability to talk to someone within a 48-72 hour timeframe (during working days) and no follow up on my first date. Cause I had feedback.

This was my first experience with Tawkify and it was great! My match maker, Christine, did amazing job trying to find someone that was compatible with me. My date was pleasant and I had a great experience. Thank you 🙏

This service promises the moon with the poorest customer service and lack of follow through I have ever witnessed. You will be linked to a matchmaker who is unfamiliar with your geography, has no idea how close or how far a match might be; makes it unfeasible for 70 year old seniors to connect, absolutely ignores your priorities in order to make their "3match quota." It is, by far, a complete waste of both your money and your time.

I was initially impressed by the quality of profiles and how quickly the women responded on the Tawkify. The conversations started strong with lots of compliments and daily messages. However, after two weeks it became obvious that everything stayed strictly inside the chat. Whenever I gently suggested exchanging phone numbers or moving to another app, the replies became shorter and less enthusiastic. In contrast, UaBrides.in feels much more honest. The verified profiles and especially the option for live two-way video calls give you a real sense of who you’re talking to and whether there’s genuine interest.

I am working with Tracy, a matchmaker on Tawkify. She understands my preferences for meeting someone special, and I think she "gets me." The Talkify process combines algorithms with a real life matchmaker. I think it's the future of dating!
