Booked a taxi for a pickup from the airport for my son and wife. I even phone them to notify them the plane will be early, as I was sure they were not tracking the flight. They assured me they would be there. My family landed..but there was no one to pick them up. No one met them. No one at the gate. It was o ly after calling them again they sent a driver, which resulted in yet more waiting. Not what you want to do after a 6 hour flight. Uber would gave been cheaper and faster than this scam company. Totally unreliable.

Our driver drove us for 5 hours through the night/early morning at late notice after our flight was cancelled from southampton to Newcastle. We were so lucky to get to our destination on time. Kind and friendly service, highly recommend. Thank you

Great 1st Class Service from our door through to Edinburgh airport. The Driver was very professional, smartly dressed, friendly and courteous. He drove carefully through the traffic and dropped us close to the departures entrance, lifted out our cases and made sure we had all our belongings leaving us in plenty time for our flight. We are looking forward to the same high standard of service on our return journey home. Many Thanks.

the contact with the desk was really good, we found the best solution for our 28 people, drivers were on time despite problems to reach the airport because of roads closed

Driver was fantastic. We were a bit faffy getting out the door and then as we left the road we had to come back as we forgot something. He did advise we might not make it in time but he did turn round with no issues and got us there on time! Great service, he arrived in time no complaints at all

Commercial Cars driver did not show at allotted time of 2pm. I called ‪020 8124 1494‬ twice at 2.05pm & 2.07pm to ask what was happening. At 2.07pm I received a call from ‪020 8124 1494‬ saying the driver was 5 mins away. We waited 5 mins then a driver turned up. I asked if he was from Commercial cars and he said yes. So we got into the vehicle and were taken to our destination. The driver asked for payment which I found strange but paid up. It turns out that this driver was not from Commercial cars and he had poached us. If we had been provided with the vehicle details & driver name then this mix up would never have happened. I'm now £24 out of pocket and would appreciate a full refund from Commercial Cars Ltd. When I requested a refund via WhatsApp my account was deleted so what does that tell you about this company. My advice is avoid it.

Easy to use website - got 9 seater mini van with plenty of luggage space with Optima taxis who arrived on time each way and whose drivers were excellent. They even included a child seat.

I was a bit nervous when booking with this company in the beginning since no one has experience to share with me. However the booking was smooth and I got vehicle upgraded for free. :) The driver was very helpful for loading and unloading my luggages. Great service was provided.

Couldn't fault the service we received. Mohammad was excellent. Arrived on time and communicated really well. Unfortunately he wasn't able to meet us at the arranged pick up point due to traffic (we were leaving an event at the National Bowl in MK), however, he promptly offered a suggestion and shared his location so he was easy to track down. Super friendly and drove well. Would highly recommend. It was a very professional service from start to finish - a very easy booking system.

The driver messaged me whilst at the airport I was flying out from which was a great comfort that I had the drivers number.
My flight was delayed from landing at 1.35 to 4.45am. The driver was on time in picking us up even though our flight was delayed.

our taxi was cancelled a hour before collection date. was a complete disaster

Two times now in two days you have created a huge dilemma for me. I'm traveling, I have ferry reservations and expensive reservations at other locations and twice now you have cancelled me last second and caused me to lose out on hundreds of dollars on late or missed reservations. You can't take a fare, confirm it and then cancel it within the hour of pickup. This is outrageously unacceptable! You need to start putting us in direct contact with our driver or taxi company upon booking so we know if theres a car on its way or a taxi booked for that matter.
Other then that, things worked out fine. The two last minute cancelations were a huge inconvenience.

The company kept me updated and seemed careful to ensure good service.
The driver was outstanding. He was kind, friendly and understanding. He kept the ride smooth and comfortable. Can't rate him highly enough.

Customer Service is terrible - difficult to contact anyone in case you need to amend the journey and you just have to hope the driver will turn up or get in touch ahead of the pick up as no contact information is given in advance.
