I received the first draft of my personal statement from Louisa Rhodes promptly. She was very professional in our discussions and was able to accurately reflect my suggested input for amendments, even better than I could have. Excellent service. Really efficient and pleased with the results. Huge thanks to both Charlotte and Penelope.
Penelope was excellent and on hand straight away, despite the fact that it was quite late in the evening. She took me through the process and reassured me that there would be a fast turnaround.
Charlotte got in touch with me the next morning with the first draf of my CV. I was able to speak to her later on during the day to make a few final tweaks to the CV. Excellent personalised and friendly service .

I was overwhelmed. Taylor-CV's took over and I now have a CV I am confident in.
I used Taylor-CV's because I was overwhelmed with trying to update my CV. I have a great deal of experience in a multitude of HR jobs but trying to showcase my experience and what I could offer was proving really hard. I spent 4 hours one day trying to write my personal statement. I realised I needed help!
I initially made a phone enquiry to have my questions answers and that phonecall was extremely reassuring. I then opted for the Elite package because it offered me a Linkedin update, interview guarantee and 12 months of updates.
Charlotte has been fantastic. She provided me with a CV first draft which I was really impressed with ( I thought they had some clever software to write the CV but Charlotte has actually written it) and since that initial draft we have made some edits and tweaks. Charlotte has been patient and worked with me to get it right and include things I may have forgotten on my first draft.
The cover letter is fantastic too and doesn't just copy the CV, but enhances it. It is great.
Overall my experience has been very very positive. I am now feeling much more confident to start applying for jobs. I showed my friend my CV and she couldn't believe the transformation.
Very very good service and so far worth every penny I paid. The next step is to start applying for jobs but I feel secure that if for some reason I don't get invited for interviews that I can contact Charlotte and we could work together to understand why.

I approached Taylor CVs for a CV makeover and had a reply from Penelope within an hour guiding me through the full process and asking for my current CV and information. Within 24 hours Louisa sent out the first draft of my CV which was excellent. DO NOT USE this company. There is no one available to contact or speak to, they just send blind drafts which does not meet your needs and patronise to accept it. Extremely rude customer service with a lady P who simply turned off the chat when asked for help. Says no one in this company available to speak. Save your money and time elsewhere.
Edit: If your initial response was anywhere close to your reply here, this review would have never been raised. Disappointingly very bad and rude customer service for me.

Your review is not a true reflection of what happened. You found that we had bad customer service because you demanded that your Writer or any Writer call you right then and there.
Penelope kindly told you that we could not just take staff away from other clients to call you then and there but your Writer would be calling you in a couple of hours in the afternoon.
You told us that this wasn't good enough for you and you wanted to file an official complaint so Penelope provided you the details and ended chat.
Your service was delivered in line with the 1000's of other clients who are happy, the only thing we couldn't do is stop everything to assist you in that exact moment but I think you will find that will be the same of any other CV writing company (unless they have no other clients).
At the end of the day, we had to make a decision: Drop the service of several other clients and have them go to complaints or kindly explain to you that you would have to wait 2 hours.

Louisa Rhodes my CV consultant was excellent from start to finish, nothing was a bother to her from changes at draft stage to the final product, Louisa really new what I was looking in a CV and you could tell very quickly she knew what she was talking about.
