After being in my last role for 20+ years I have had no need for a CV. Now looking to re-enter the job market I realised I needed a robust, contemporary CV to give me the chance to be successful. I saw the advert for TCVS and made a call for some more information. I found the person who dealt with my initial enquiry to be extremely helpful. I was put in touch with a consultant named Alex Johnson. I must admit that after such a long time without an up to date CV I was a little apprehensive in what a good end product should look like. I was also concerned that I would fail to catch all the areas of skill and experience that I might have overlooked had I tried to produce my own CV. Those fears were soon allayed after my consultation with Alex. His friendly and helpful demeanour immediately put me at ease. He completely understood what I was looking for, asked questions to gain information regarding my career, and articulated them in a professional manner that I would have struggled to produce. He completely nailed what I was looking for. So often when you engage a service these days you have hope of what the final product will look like, and on many occasions feel that your expectations haven't been met. I can honestly say that the CV Alex tailored for me has gone way beyond my expectations. I was so pleased with his product that I engaged him to write a covering letter, which again is of the highest quality. It was certainly my good fortune to engage this company and I can not commend Alex and TCVS enough. Superb.

After 30 years in the same company, I decided to changed roles and sent them a hastily cobbled together 'CV' and I received a very professional looking document back in just a few hours. Deciding that I wanted to change my career path after a very long time, I found writing a CV and covering letter had moved on somewhat. Soon the realisation that I was applying for jobs with a poor CV and covering letter, that didn't even get me to an interview. After seeing the job of my dreams I approached Taylors-cvs via email on a Sunday afternoon and Penelope answered straight away. Bradley was my scribe and wrote my CV, covering letter and a personal statement. Bradley's communication and enthusiasm were excellent, the documents produced were outstanding and far above my ability. I will be using these for my dream job today and hope I get to the interview stage. If I don't, I know I have done everything I can and it was me that wasn't suitable for the job and not my CV.

An amazing service. I had my draft CV within 24 hours and this was spot on. Great customer service and I would highly recommend this company. I hadn't updated my CV in 27 years so mine was very outdated. Once I had my new CV and used this I received an interview offer the next day. Fabulous company cannot thank them enough.
