From the moment we were introduced to the team that would be carrying out the conveyancing for our house move we were blown away buy the efficiency, responsiveness and professionalism we were met with. This was our 10th house move over 38 years and we have always been frustrated with the service we have received in the past. This time Taylor Rose exceeded our expectations and have given us faith back in the conveyancing process.
We can honestly say that NEVER did we have to wait more than 24 hours for a response to any contact we made with the team, this was amazing to provide reassurance and peace of mind during what can be a long and anxiety provoking process at times. My wife has a brain injury and can find professionals do not take the time to explain things to her, not Taylor Rose they could not have been more compassionate, patient and helpful. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a legal team to help them with their house move.

I went with Humzah Sherwani i at Taylor Rose Solicitors to handle the sale of my Nans house, after the estate agents recommended him, and I’m so glad I did. He was incredibly efficient, he emailed me straight away, took care of everything related to the house sale, and I didn’t have to ask a single question. The whole process was so smooth, fantastic service from start to finish.

Three page letter received full of dire predictions if an insurance policy was not purchased to cover the possibility of a problem as there was no building regulation certificate for the boiler installation. Pushed back, and within 12 minutes they had verified the boiler installation online with Gas Safe. Must have taken longer to compose the letter in the first place!

Inevitably there is a vast amount of information to be got over to clients, which can seem burdensome to anyone not used to the process. Taylor Rose succeeded in being fairly helpful. But perhaps it would be possible for them to grade things so that all that is most important can be flagged and so dealt with more promptly and quickly. My only other comment is that jargonistic terms and language ought to be avoided or, when unavoidable, explained or clarified.

The exchange and completed with in two months, and Bulent was brilliant throughout the entire process. He maintained excellent communication, regularly updated me on the progress, and ensured everything was completed smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend his service.

The service was great, however I gave 4 stars as there was no mention regarding success fees other than at the beginning and when we got to the end I had to pay a 60% success fee but when I'd asked about fees towards the end of the process this part wasn't mentioned - it was only when we finalised payments that it popped up. Otherwise, I was very happy with the service and the support I received.
