Avoid. When we used them, they later turned out to have used a dangerous, makeshift solution to a plumbing problem (capping the vent on a hot water cylinder to get round a difficulty elsewhere). When it went wrong, they charged a callout fee for inspecting their own work, admitted they'd got it wrong, but then refused to put it right.

It's true that putting it right safely would have been a big job: that's why used a dangerous, makeshift solution in the first place. But it would have been better to be honest about that upfront. Charging us for coming round to verify that they'd messed up was pretty punchy too.

Hi, I had these guys round to fix my boiler. Before he got there I stupidly put my xmas money in a tin in the cupboard, it didnt even cross my mind that the guy would go through my cupboard, steal the tin with £600 in it. I have had the police round and spoke the the MD of the company who called me a liar. Stay away from these guys. They are a really bad company with really bad staff. Ruined my little girls xmas totally. I would not write this review if I had any doubt this was the guy fixing the boiler.
