I cant thank Taylors butchers enough,top quality produce and the staff are lovely. Im disabled and get my order delivered the delivery man is friendly and reliable. Thankyou to you all for making life easier x

I won’t be returning to Taylors Butchers. While the quality of the product is one thing, the **complete lack of basic customer service** and professional respect is another.

The staff I spoke to were incredibly **condescending and rude**, acting as if my questions were a massive burden to their day. It’s rare to feel belittled just for trying to spend money at a local business, but they managed it.

To make matters worse, the delivery was a total disaster. The driver **delivered my order to the wrong house** entirely. I only received my food because my neighbors were kind enough to bring it over to me. When I messaged the shop to let them know what happened, there was **no apology** and no "sorry for the inconvenience." Instead, I was snapped at and told I simply had to "wait longer" to be dealt with.

Mistakes happen, but the attitude here is toxic. If you value being treated like a human being, take your business elsewhere.
