Scammers !

They ripped me off a whopping £444 for a programming job that took them a day and a half to complete. Customers with exact same issues paid £100 - £150 and were sorted out in about an hour at the private garages. Unfortunately I was booked in by the car dealership I bought the vehicle from and was scammed by these fraudsters. Avoid at all costs!

Update: 22.12.22

Had same issue with my Jaguar XF again. Due to disconnected battery central lock stopped working. Took it to the local independent garage (Land rover, Jaguar software used) and was sorted in about half an hour paid £160

Rude, unprofessional and inexperienced

Service centre extremely rude and patronising. Rushing repairs and not correctly diagnosing faults correctly meaning repeat visits and additional charges. All designed to make more money I guess. Head technician possibly the rudest person ever over the phone but plays Mr Nice face to face, then lies to avoid conflict and pretends it was someone else you spoke to and not him. If you love and cherish your vehicle don’t take it here.
