I’d give this company zero stars if possible. Echoing the other clients’ sentiments, T Brown staff are dishonest, unreliable, incompetent, lazy, the list goes on. Their staff have lied countless times, and eventually told us that our issue isn’t urgent enough for them to attend to our property. I’d avoid them if you have a choice and enlist another company’s help, if I were you. Never do business with dishonest people.

Disgusting that you leave and elderly couple, being disabled without any hot water or heating. Had a leaking filter, (at that time heating and water was working) had to put a bucket under it, told someone what it was, sent a bloke who looked at it for two minutes saying "yeah it's your filter" need to order a part, was gone within five minutes of being in the property. Five days later two girls turn up, unable to fix the problem as the new part became "cross threaded" left saying the hot water will be ok and did I want a couple of fan heaters!. Started the hot water will be fine. No the hot water wasn't fine there was none and the boiler wasn't kicking in to heat it up. Suppose to be back the next day, no one's shown, phoned them up, haven't got the part should be the next day. How can you come into a house with a working boiler, be it a leak going on, and leave a house with no heating and no hot water. It's winter, they are elderly and disabled. I'm flabbergasted!!!

TBrown are responsible for fixing issues in my building. We have been without heating and hot water for four months. They are demonstrably incompetent. They are also dishonest and regularly lie during telephone calls.

They were due to come between 8am and 1pm, I waited all morning and when they didn’t show up I rang them. They claimed it was an all day appointment and the person was running slightly late at a different job. I said that couldn’t be true because they’d texted me with a time and why were they saying they were running late if it was actually an all day appointment and given they hadn’t managed to speak to an engineer. They realised I’d caught them out so then said they’d try to find an engineer and call me back. Not expecting them to. Completely unprofessional and then lying to cover their tracks. Disgraceful from top to bottom.

Waited 1-8pm for new radiators to be fitted. Called them to get updates. No show and the engineer wasn't answering his phone. Terrible service and seems they have been getting away with this far to long judging by the reviews! It's time this company's contract was terminated!!

First time dealing with the Company. Carl Ridges was sent to repair wiring issue with our boiler. No problem at all with Carl, located the issue instantly and had our boiler up and running within minutes. Thank you Carl.

Negative stars dont even deserve even one. Awful awful awful engineer from this company doing a gas safety check. An angry person just barging in my house asking where is this where is that in a very impatient voice leaving me in shock and blank mentally. Asking me to stand over and climb over the window over the balcony when in fact obviously there is an access to the balcony. Hahaha. What a moron. Stepping on my stuffs in the bedroom when everything is moved out of the way so he can have access to the boiler in a convenient way. Never met an engineer that rude. When he felt I was angry and annoyed. He then said have a nice day. So I confronted him next time not to barge in my house as if an attacker. This was very unpleasant. Very traumatic. I don't know what's going on with this guy. But clearly there is no need for this attitude. I and Everybody has jobs to do. Clearly this engineer hates this job or he is just so outride rude. Really angry and pissed off.

T Brown attended to reset our timer for our Boiler and the man insisted on doing a gas safety check which is not due until October, when I informed him that 2ed October had been booked for that check to be done he was rude and said it was due now and could not understand why I would not let him do it.
I sent him away after he reset the controls panel

Hyde Housing for some strange reason has chosen the T Brown Group to carry out the gas safety checks for its tenants. Over the years, I have had the experience on multiple occasions of their engineers not turning up as scheduled. However, my most recent experience really surpasses everything. On Monday 7th August, an engineer was supposed to attend the property to do a gas check. He hadn't arrived by 5 pm so I called T Brown. A telephonist at T Brown told me that the engineer had 2 minutes earlier filed a "not able to gain access" report. I thought this was odd, as my wife and I had been waiting in all day. As it happens, we have a Ring video security doorbell which takes a video of motion by the door and the front gate. When we viewed it we were amazed. We saw T Brown's engineer slowly approach the house but without opening the gate. He then gets his phone out and takes 2 or 3 pictures. Yet he didn't ring the bell and didn't even come through the gate. He was in fact pretending he had tried to carry out a gas check and there was nobody at home. The photos he took, which were mentioned by the T Brown telephonist when I called, were intended to deceive his employer into thinking he had tried to attend our house to do the gas check. You can see him walking away in the video after taking his photos, having never tried to make contact with us. I tried to post the link to this video but a message popped up saying that TrustPilot does not allow links.
To make matters worse, today we received an unbelievably cheeky threatening letter saying that if we didn't allow access we are in breach of our tenancy agreement and could be subjected to legal action. In fact, we had waited all day to give the engineer access. This company certainly wins the prize for being unethical, useless, and incompetent bullies.

GREAT GREAT SERVICE! I am a retired lady who just got housed by council and the flat had a few problems needing fixing. I called for 2issues, a broken window and a leaking central heater.
Both these issues were placed as top priority and was given emergency appointments. The engineers were 3 amazing young men, who were extremely professional, helpful and very lovely to chat to and gave me advice. The gentleman who fixed the window, I believe he is called Louis Salvara went above and beyond in helping me with my problem. Truly professional and very good man.
I am highly satisfied with the services provided and the company is very blessed to have these individuals working there!
Performed a gas safety check, failed to reset the service clock on the central heating panel. I cannot use my heating now and every day at 12 an alarm goes off. The engineer lied about knocking on the door could the engineer call me? No because t-brown had given the engineer the wrong number, can it be resolved today? The answer is no. I have to give up another 6hour period of my day tomorrow to wait around for a literal 10 second job. Literally send anyone near to stop by in between jobs and it could easily be resolved.
This doesn’t even address the countless times I have called them round to fix things only for them to take photos and say okay bye and disappear. Then you call someone out again for the same issue and the next person comes and they say ah well the report last time wasn’t detailed enough so need to take more photos, get approval and then they say “bye, see you soon” and you never hear or see from them again.

Never came lied that the engineer called we have 2 phones no call no nothing we are now 4 days without heating they are a horrible company if I could give them no starts I would I would rather jump off the London bridge than work with them a Indian scam call center has better people
This is exactly why the UK has low standards for employment most of these people probably failed there GCSEs they are rude randomly cut off hold for no reason

My boiler has been broken for a year. They've been waiting for the piece to come from europe this whole time. Still nothing. My gas bills are super high because my boiler is always heating (they broke the thermostat to fix my water issue) so the water comes out piping hot all the time. With the current gas prices, you can see how that's an issue.

I am not sure why this company exists and peabody let them to continue as a provider. I received a letter for the annual gas check, and I took 5 times off, and no one turned up. Following that I logged in on their system that there was a boiler break down but no one turned up. Then i was advised to go back to peabody and raise it as emergency and they stated that we will help you. After 4 hours no one turned up again and when I called them to ask I was told it will take all day and until midnight. Barry said one thing and Hannah said a different thing as the staff has no clarity on what they say to customers. It's disappointing what they do and I have never seen poor communication among all. Peabody need to get rid of them as a service provider.
yet again tbrown have missed an appointment even when you phone up you just get told they are running late and they will be with you so waste of a day .Do they not think that people have to work and you just can't keep taking day off had enough of them
I spoke to a Lovley guy called Barry who was very friendly and also very Helpful.Great customer service.I have always had helpful respectful workmen from T Brown and would 100%.recommend them.
My boiler normally working without any issues but the guy coming for gas safety inspection and service and he say everything okay. But next day boiler has starting with the very high voice and not working well. 1 star is too much. It's need to be -1 star. Tell your workers to do their jobs well. Otherwise, they may cause material and monetary damages to people.
