Total Auto Care doesn’t sell you…
Total Auto Care doesn’t sell you coverage — they sell you the illusion of coverage while doing everything they can to avoid paying a claim. Fully valid warranty, clean service records, and they still dragged us through two inspections after we appealed and they admitted that questions were not fully answered (using the same inspector twice)they deny claims with very little reasoning and took over two months while our contact ([Swindlehurst]) barely responded. We paid for the repair ourselves rather than keep fighting — which felt like exactly what they wanted. Don’t waste your money on this warranty.
