Wrong sized blinds - refuse to fix or refund

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Awful - incorrect sized blinds were fit 7 weeks ago. They insisted that we pay the full balance anyway, which we did in good faith as they assured us they would quickly replace them with the correct size.
They turned up 7 days later with the exact same size of blinds again!
Another few weeks after that, with us constantly chasing them on the issue, they reluctantly turned up for their 3rd attempt at fitting the correct size - amazingly, despite now measuring on 3 separate occasions, the blinds were still too long.
Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be an option to post photos, to show how ridiculous the blinds look.
In addition, they replaced roller blinds that were originally fit outside the window frame with blinds fit inside the frame, without telling us. It's left a mess where the original fittings were, which we'll need to make good ourselves.
They turned up late for the original fitting and seemed to be in a rush. The 'P-clips' that were supposed to be secured to the wall were just left dangling from the cords.
The blinds themselves are quite poor quality, the sort you'd pick up in B&M or similar for £20.
Since their 3rd attempt to fit the correct sized blinds, 3 weeks ago now, we have been completely ignored (other than 1 reply over FB messenger promising a refund, which never appeared).
Their listed phone numbers (0141 737 8787 and 07926 499051) are both now disconnected and their email address gives a bounce back. It's as if they've completely disappeared.
We paid almost £1,000 and have been left with unusable blinds that look ridiculous. They ignore all correspondence (they still read messages over FB, but don't reply) and with their phone numbers and email disconnected, there is seemingly no way to get in touch at all.
