Warning to Applicants - Unprofessional Management. I arrived 10 minutes early for a 10:00 AM interview with all my documents ready. The manager, Loredana, was 20 minutes late and ignored my WhatsApp messages despite having her phone in her hand when she finally arrived. Instead of an apology, she was rude at the door and brought up personal issues from the past. If they don't respect your time or stay professional during an interview, they won't respect you as an employee. Save your time and look elsewhere.

I wouldn't give 1 star of this was an option.
I raised a grievance against staff I'm working with. The company twisted it against me, I had no support what so ever. I have never been treated this way. I have poor mental health as it is. And they have pushed me to breaking point. The staff and supervisors are unprofessional, nasty and club together to get what they want. And treat people who's face doesn't fit with extreme prejudice and unfair treatment.
I have worked to look after people my entire working career, to be treated this way goes completely against my nature. The HR department have been awful. Allowing members of staff to bullying on a work related group chat, then take no responsibility for it completely astounds me. Being segregated away from everyone due to others being told about the grievance is discusting.
I will be taking this further. They have even removed my first review on Google. Because they know they are in the wrong.

Terrible company pay often wrong materials constantly late diluting materials to make them last longer final straw came when they took two days acrued holiday off me for Christmas day and New year's day when I had previously been told that I couldn't take holidays over the Festive period first job I've ever left

They were good, was just an awful site in the end

I only worked in the Carmarthen area for 1 month, however in that time I learn't a lot about this company.
I was paid minimum wage to clean upholstery, which as a professionally trained ex NHS cleaner and carer I didn't have a problem with, however. The first week I asked for more cleaning fluids for the machine and other supplies for health and safety (warning sign etc)
Nothing, kept asking every week after that for more supplies, never got any yet expected to clean things with out the supplies!
I did get a uniform though to use whilst there. Their idea of COSHH to keep the chemicals and fluids in is a cardboard box on the floor of the warehouse, this is illegal and needs dealing with and I am going to report that as I have a duty of care for others working there.
I gave my notice after the first week due to high tax , low pay , 30 miles round trip to work and only 1 day a week. I was offered care work nearer to home and £3 an hour more so a no brainer really but I kept my word of working out my notice and worked a further 3 weeks. I have never been paid for this despite asking for it. I have just sent them an email of notice of intended prosecution as I simply won't be ignored. I have bills I can't pay because of them.
I was expected to clean at least 8 items a day, I always exceeded this often cleaning 10 or 11 pieces a day, I also cleaned out the machine and got it running correctly as due to lack of maintenance it worked poorly. The thanks I got is ignored and no pay, you work it out if you really want to work for a company as uncaring as this?
I just wish I had read the reviews on Indeed before I decided to take the job.
