I had recently bought a car from Nigel at TC Harrison and this car became unsuitable for my change in needs. Nigel helped me into a new car which I did not think would have been possible, a beautiful Focus ST. A fantastic customer service for which I am very grateful. Thank you Nigel!

Lacking Communications
Good for buying a car. Near useless for support. I have tried to telephone TCH in St.Neots for a price on a Mondeo fuel cap. No one answered, so left a message. Never got a reply. I have recently emailed them asking a question on the Ford EcoBlue engines. Never got a reply.

Happy with my new car
Paul was very patient with me and answered all of my many questions. I was reluctant to part with the car I was used to driving, but I am now happy with the Puma and love the reversing cameras which makes parking so much easier.

My appointment to pick up my new car was on time and everything was done efficiently. Only problem was I couldn't test drive the car except in the the garage car park as the only sales person that day couldn't leave the showroom unattended.
