This company give electric bike name IVoomi. 1st month only gave complained bike full charge range given 45km Claimed 90+
After 5 days given back Ivoomi back said battery changed. Still same issue continued.
2nd servicing battery give 40km still did servicing.
3rd servicing person not available.
Paid servicing done then chages 2000/-
then 2 year complete battery charger given problem. Not solved as usual.
Last 2 month back taken 400/- for battery change but battery not changed & 5 days back servicing done 1200/- charged but horn is off light not working owner is like mei kya karu mere yaha nahi hoga. Bhosari leke jao company ka showroom Hai.
Bhosari leke gaya 3 days back they said we won't do as hamare yahase nahi liya & owner as usual hands up. Not recived call never call back
So now I m filing case against owner in consumer court.
