Many found the user experience frustrating due to slow performance, laggy interfaces, and unresponsive remote controls, making navigation difficult. People also struggled with inadequate customer service, describing it as difficult to reach, unhelpful, and designed to avoid resolving issues. Specific complaints included poor sound quality, frequent signal loss, incorrect color display, and problems with product interoperability. However, some people mentioned that the picture quality of the TVs was good or even crystal clear, and a few appreciated the ability to make content appear in HD.

This TV is designed for streaming video…

This TV is designed for streaming video services and delivering advertising to users.

It is very difficult to use as a terrestrial tv.

Pay a bit more and get a TV rather than a big fire tablet that can work as a tv if you can figure it out.

Worst TV you could possibly buy within…

Worst TV you could possibly buy within a few months. I had sound issues. I had to wait for a technician to come out which was next to Impossible because of their system and how they wanted me to send the videos. They couldn't hear it. They tried to get around it so that they didn't have to pay somebody to come and fix something that was internally broken couple years later. I'm still having issues with the TV. It's glitchy with all my channels and it's funny because I have another TV from a different brand and it works perfectly fine

I am extremely disappointed with my TCL…

I am extremely disappointed with my TCL television. It was an 85-inch TV that cost me over $1,200, and it lasted just one year and a few months before developing serious issues. The main problem was that there was no image, and when an image did appear, it would vanish within seconds. This made the TV completely unusable.
When I contacted TCL support, I was told that they would not repair the TV because the warranty had just ended. No assistance or goodwill support was offered. For a product of this size and price, this level of support is unacceptable.
A television—especially one this large and expensive—is not a short-term purchase. Customers should reasonably expect many years of use. This experience shows that TCL TVs are not built to last and that the company does not stand behind its products once the warranty expires.
Because of this experience, I will not recommend TCL TVs to anyone. I believe other customers deserve to know the truth before spending their money.
Buyers beware.

don't no where to start am not looking…

don't no where to start am not looking for sympathy nor right this to be nasty as thats not why I write reviews.

I served in armed forces for 8 years discharge due to having ptsd. Up until present date I took numerous efforts of taking me life. I applied for a war pension for injures sustained in forces which I got in August 2025 I never had money to buy new things due my health. After a payout of backdate of 5 years I found able to get some stuff I needed. Myself l, my partner and my step son was getting a new house and was looking for a TV for living room after searching around looking at reviews I saw a tv with Hughes I took out insurance out with the tv 75 inch which was £500 which after looking around it looked like a lovely tv and for money very much fantastic prices I chose a date for it to arrive but came early due to where my flat is very narrow steep steps I couldn't get it in flat I was living at. The building its self is very secure and intotal there is only 3 flats in whole building which all of the flats owners we all get on very much. So left tv below my stairs. After a month I came out I tv was missing u could not miss it with the size which the box tv came in. After digging about it definitely was stolen being vetrens we take pride and try not show emotional side its part what we where trained in. But inside me i was emotional wreck. Just week before I tried take my life. And for once in my life I was being something for me as hated buying for me but I felt like I let everyone down. I took insurance out and I asked my partner to deal with it as I didn't have the strength to deal with it if felt I let my honer down my family down and myself. So when my partner contacted the insurance with a police crime number down the insurance never included theft. Hughes then said contact the makes of tv TCL as we where told in certain circumstances they would kindly replace the tv which infact they sent us back to Hughes one kind women did try her best see if they could do a good will gesture with a replacement which no one ever came back. One person said was my fault as I never had content insurance whi h never heard of and with my poor mental never thought I should nor could I afford it. I was heart broken there was one good egg who tried help then rest really I could dug my own grave and die some things said where horrible. And I wasnt asking for a replacement I would happily came to an agreement with Hughes and paid monthly for it but in end no one seemed to care and they got the money paid in full i was the one belittled in end. I was really hoping Hughes could helped in some place by end i gave up fight I had no strength to go on they had won I done everything they asked me to do in end was waste of time.

In end tcl and hughes totally destroyed me completely

Disappointed with TCL TV

I am so disappointed with my new TCL TV. Most of the reviews that I read before buying were pretty good but not one of them mentioned that you cannot download BBCiplayer or any other UK TV websites, which I need to do as I cannot have an aerial. A complete waste of money.

TCL 65V6C-UK TV

This television has the most appalling Programme Guide imaginable!!
If you want to see what’s on now/later whilst watching something it randomly changes the channel as you scroll through the channels…it’s the worst design of any television I’ve owned.
If you’re only watching streaming television it’s ok as only affects tv through the aerial (freeview).
Yes, it was only £300 but it’s annoying as hell…I’d strongly advise against buying this television.
Contacted TCL customer services, fairly useless to be honest. I asked why they can’t do a system update, told it’s not possible. Serious design flaw!!

Never agt

I bought a TV just over a year ago and I noticed a black dot on the screen, the TV was still under warranty,I did contact them and they sent me an engineer who sait it could be a fly or bug or anything but confirmed to me that it was there since day one and I just didn't notice it but they refused to repair it because the warranty doesn't cover those things,I know if I want to take it to the ombudsman I will win but I don't have time for that,
NEVER TCL AGAIN

Do not buy a TCL TV period

Do not buy a TCL TV period. They are horrible. I like to watch sports and I get to see multipole balls flying through the air. Numbers on jerseys are blurry and the grass changes shades of green making it look like a crawling creature. Their warranty is terrible. Worst of all, forget about their customer support. I have been dealing with them for 3 months. A week after I sent a message in I was told the TV was under warranty. I have been doing troubleshooting and talking to customer service for the past 3 months. I still have the same crappy TV on my wall. The last communication told me they could not duplicate the issue in the lab so I must be wrong. DO NOT BUY TCL TV'S!!!!

Purchased a TCL Smart TV

I purchased a TCL Smart TV. The remote was defective. I contacted TCL customer service and spent over an hour going through troubleshooting procedures to no avail. They agreed to send me a new remote. When the remote arrived, it was the wrong one. I returned the wrong one and have been trying for a month to get the correct one, unsuccessfully. These people are useless. Like almost all the other reviewers, TCL customer service is absolutely the worst customer service...PERIOD!! In my humble opinion these are nothing more than aclowns that are there to give nothing more than " token lip service" and screw the customer!! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money on any TCL product. You will regret it!!!

Rubbish tv

Had this TLC 75in TV now for just over a year, what a pain.... There are times it's ok, then either sound goes off, or it changes out of TV mode of it's own accord , some times netflix, some times blank screen, then won't switch off so I can restart, have to switch off at plug, at the time of writing this it's in blank mode, not switching off
Then have to wait till TLC comes on screen... Then it resets its self,
If I lived in a tower block, top floor it would be thrown out by now
Do not buy

TCL 32S5K FHD QLED suffers from very slow menu navigation

We purchased the TCL 32S5K FHD QLED, confident it would deliver solid value given the advertised features. The TV was connected via cable 400Mdit/s fiber optic internet plan. Unfortunately, we had to return it due to what appeared to be insufficient memory. Navigation was painfully slow, the device came heavily preloaded with apps that dragged performance down to almost absurd levels. Even simple actions, like displaying the volume bar, took several seconds, while switching between or closing apps such as Prime Video was nearly impossible, requiring an excessive amount of time to respond, and the sound quality is awful, it’s like listening to an old single‑speaker radio.

I have both phones and 8o5k TVs

I have both phones and 8o5k TVs
I haven't had anything to moan about ,I work with visual audio company who sell top end Sony's and lg which are crazy money for mear mortals .
You need to sort out some picture settings takes about 10 minutes .
I tried my TV against lg panel and for the 1800 price difference I couldn't tell if anything the tcl was better felt smoother. I also bought the tcl wireles speaker set up it's a game changer could do with a sub add on but im Sure it will come . I also have the pro phone battery last well better than my old Samsung's camera is good and it's pretty smooth and adorable.

Good picture quality, poor everything else.

To be honest, the picture quality is very good. And this is pretty much all there is on the positive side of things. It would have been nice if TCL added a bit more processing power to the TV than an old Nokia 3310. Everything takes ages, ages to start, app keeps freezing, when you pair speakers, the image freezes, you have to restart TV a few times a day... It becomes so annoying that I am selling mine. And to finish, if your TV is wall mounted you will have to take it off the wall each and every time you need to plug or unplug a cable. I deeply regret going for a TCL.
