Although I have only used the free version, I cannot determine if the platform was genuinely useful. After several years it did not really serve my purposes but the main issue is the lack of transparency around naming the school AND providing clarity about remuneration.

In principle, the refer a friend concept is sound but it is complicated and requires setting up additional and unwanted online means to collect the incentive. Overall, the site has improved a lot over recent years and is almost bug free but one major drawback is that you cannot see what referees have said about you.

This is deeply disturbing because they could say anything and you would never know. You just have to hope that the reference is true, accurate and trust the system. I believe we should have the option, like any written referral - to deploy it or not - according to things like the role, the school and with consideration for the content of the reference. We have no idea how long it is (10 words?) or what it contains. This MUST change.

The Owner could note pay salaries on. Made staff work under illegal visas. It is not a licenced school rathera cram school pretending to be a school.
