Cheap - in all senses of the word!
Bought a teak bench online a couple of years ago from these guys. Were incredibly difficult to pin down on a delivery date. Took lots of emails before the bench was actually delivered - and then discovered it was broken (looked as if the arm had been stood on/had something dropped on it during shipping - wood had split and big dangerous spike was sticking out).
The company were pretty quick to replace it (fair play), but then the new bench developed black mould spores within a matter of a couple of weeks of being outside. It marked the wood badly so we tried applying a boiled linseed oil to give a bit of colour.
It became clear from the way the wood coloured up that instead of good quality teak heart wood, this was poor quality wood from nearer the outer bark. Subsequently went for a more expensive bench from another supplier that was kiln dried Grade A teak and have had absolutely no problems with that (and that has been outside for over a year, in all weathers).
The motto is 'you get what you pay for'.
