Me and my fiancé were looking for a condo in Mission Valley and on a recommendation from a friend I got in touch with Alex. Neither I nor my fiancé knew anything about buying a condo and Alex was extremely patient with us. He showed us what was available in our price range and even told us which condos were good deals and which we should stay away from. When it came to evaluating properties and making recommendations Alex was brutally honest! Something I can appreciate, after all is said and done.

Once we found something we thought was suitable Alex did all the groundwork – he placed the offer, handled escrow and closed the deal. While there were one or two minor hiccups with the financing, by the end of it all we got a great little place in Mission Valley! Thank you Alex :)

I first met Carlos in 2004, got his business card and promptly forgot about it for the next couple of years, until I was ready to purchase a home in San Diego. I fished out Carlos's business card and contacted him. Carlos, Alex and everyone else at Team Aguilar proved invaluable in helping me locate the perfect single family home in Chula Vista in my price range.

He helped me through the whole process, from initial offer to escrow and helped find a broker. Everything went more or less smoothly, with Carlos guiding me along the way and making sure I did not get stuck at any step. He even pushed and prodded the broker on my behalf when things seemed to stall at one point.

Great service, I couldn't expect more from a real estate agent.

We bought a condo in 2012 with Alex in Encinitas and it was a very smooth process. We made offers on several condos in the area and Alex was very patient with a first-time buyer like me. The condo I put the offer in was a short sale so required extra time to get approved, but with Alex's help we were able to close the deal very quickly. Great experience overall, I whole heartedly recommend Alex to first-timers looking to become homeowners.

I have had the pleasure of working with Alex and Carlos for the past couple years and have found them (and the entire team at TeamAguilar) a joy to work with. It is always easy to find either Alex or Carlos on the phone, and for the few times I couldn't reach them directly they always called back soon after. I've dealt with a number of realtors in the past and TeamAguilar were the first I didn't have to chase after for help. Highly Recommended to anyone living in San Diego.

I had to sell my home because I was moving out of San Diego and came across Alex with Team Aguilar. I worked directly with Alex as well as his associate Miguel. They really knew what they were doing and took the hassle out of selling my home. My only regret is having to leave San Diego. :-( If you're looking to buy or sell in San Diego make sure you consider giving Alex or Miguel a call.

Recently my husband and I moved to San Diego and came across Carlos with Team Aguilar who was very easy to work with. We looked at a lot of homes and I would imagine that we were probably more difficult than most other buyers but Carlos was very patient and answered all of our questions. We will definitely stay in touch because we may have to move again in the next 3-4 years.
