Have been using Team C for many years.
The company are our number 1 go to for all our pallet distribution for goods out. After many attempts with another pallet company with our Spanish collections who always delivered items damaged and no fit state for sale, we even entrusted them with our regular pallet collections from Spain to our UK warehouse. All carried out swiftly and arrive in excellent condition.
Have always found the drivers courteous and polite. The office staff if you have a need ring back when they say they will.
Have also used the APC courier service occasionally and found that to be as efficient.

Look at ALL these 5 star reviews by whom? Not in my experience.

We've been using Team C for some years. As a fresh food producer, we rely on their next-day courier expertise for almost all of our business. We believe that the Team C network is second to none for fresh food next-day delivery. There are other couriers out there but they are no where near as reliable (we've used them). Most importantly, when things don't go right, we can get through to our depot immediately and the team are very pro-active in getting to a resolution.

Fantastic service from the local APC depot in Thetford (Team C), text and e-mailed me a 2 hour delivery window and you can even follow the driver online. I hope they delivery more parcels to me soon.

Recently received a parcel through these couriers. Would highly recommend. Parcel received within time scale. Also clearly marked fragile and showed to be handled well. Delivery Driver was very friendly and took time.

A courier that wants you to collect your parcel rather than they delivery it. Then can't find it when you go to collect it. Total rubbish.

These guys are from the ark when it comes to logistics in the 21st Century. Promised delivery on Weds 9 May by supplier of a fridge. He did say it MIGHT be delayed til Thursday 10 May due to the Bank Holiday on the previous Monday. That's all we had - and having stayed at home both WEds and Thursday, no sign of the promised delivery. Contact with Team C via email and their supposedly 'live chat' (no one ever available - "leave us a message and we'll get back to you shortly") elicits nil response. Our supplier did apparently get hold of someone yesterday afternoon, who PROMISED delivery by 6pm last night......which needless to say passed without sign of the order arriving. Friday morning comes and we don't know what's happening, no update at all. In this day and age deliveries have moved on since the 80's, to customer friendliness, 2 hour delivery slots and, most of all, COMMUNICATION. Not for Team C it seems. A complete joke of a logistics business based on this experience. Here's hoping one day we might see them turn up.....though we can't simply resign from our respective roles and stay home forever just on the offchance.......

The customer service at Beers of Europe was great, the delivery company was appalling. After somebody spent the whole day indoors waiting for the delivery via TeamC Express Logistics (APC overnight) to later be informed that they had tried to deliver and as nobody was there left a card. I contacted TeamC via their company email later that evening to eventually have a reply from someone called James who was adamant I was wrong and then started moaning about being at home answering my email. This was a little off as the email was to a business address email so who is meant to know he is at home. He eventually said he would get them to deliver the next day (Wednesday) which I explained I couldn't do as I was due at the hospital with my wife most of the day and so Thursday was agreed and if I wasn't in it would be left in a safe place behind our side gate. On the Wednesday morning after only speaking to James the night before I get an email from him saying the delivery was going to be today. He totally ignored our arrangement. I got someone to step in at the hospital with my wife and rushed home and again no delivery. Later that evening a stranger knocked on my door who said I live at no 69 (I live at 61) and this box with your address was hidden in my bin! You couldn't make it up. I informed James who quite frankly couldn't have cared less about any of it, a man who is a supervisor who shouldn't be allowed to supervise anything more dangerous than a puddle!! He finally emailed me to say he would contact me the next day to explain what happened, that was 4 days ago and still waiting and I would guess I will never hear from him again. Appalling customer service from this company, possibly the worst company I have dealt with for a very long time. Informed Beers of Europe who were the total opposite, they were helpful and apologetic and refunded the delivery charge due to the shambolic delivery.
The 1 star is due to not being able to award zero stars.

I purchased an item from Sodastream and have now waited two weeks and it still has not been delivered. When I track the item, it simply says, 'Held at depot.' Come on. Surely I should have received some kind of contact, not to mention the product that I paid £60 for. I would not recommend this company to anyone if this is the way they run their service. I purchase online all of the time and have never encountered such a useless company. Furthermore, I am in at all times waiting for the item to be delivered. What a waste of my time. BE WARNED AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Team C Express Logistics, part of APC Overnight are always friendly and helpful. We rarely have an issue with our deliveries. On the very rare occasions of a mishap with a delivery, the staff are quick to get it resolved, putting us and our customers first. Always quick to answer the phone, every query is resolved with a positive outcome. They update us as soon as a traffic jam could potentially cause delays to our end customers, giving us the opportunity to notify the customer.

We would highly recommend APC Overnight carriers for their outstanding delivery times and delivery service.

Could not be happier.....received an email letting me know when my parcel was arriving. It turned up on time just as the email stated, Friendly driver who took pride in his work and he was so jovial. Local depot in Thetford (Team C) were great to deal with and a credit to the APC network.
I use couriers in my job too.....so will highly recommend.
